S pobytom v Hoteli Merkur Praha sme boli maximálne spokojní. ❤️ Prahu sme navštívili už viackrát a bývali sme v rôznych hoteloch, ale s takým milým, srdečným a ochotným personálom sme sa ešte nestretli.

Už od prvého momentu sme sa cítili naozaj vítaní. Personál nás osobne odprevadil až k izbe a po príchode nás čakalo veľmi milé prekvapenie – osobný odkaz s prianím príjemného pobytu, darčeky a víno. Takéto drobnosti možno pôsobia ako maličkosti, ale práve vďaka nim má človek pocit, že hotelu na jeho hosťoch skutočne záleží. 😊

Počas celého pobytu bol personál veľmi príjemný, usmiaty a ochotný so všetkým pomôcť. Rovnako milé bolo aj naše lúčenie – pri odchode sme dostali vodu na cestu a magnetku na pamiatku. ❤️

Hotel má výbornú polohu, izba bola čistá a cítili sme sa tu veľmi dobre. Najväčším plusom je však jednoznačne personál a jeho prístup k hosťom. Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt a všetky milé pozornosti. Ak sa opäť vrátime do Prahy, veľmi radi sa vrátime aj sem. Hotel Merkur môžeme s čistým svedomím odporučiť. ❤️

Die Nähe zum Zentrum

Cons:

Auf Grund der Wärme und das Fehlen der Klimaanlage, wurde uns ein Ventilator gegeben, dieser war extrem laut und in der Nacht nicht möglich, gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel an der Schnellstraße und somit Fenster in der Nacht auf schwierig wegen dem Lärm war. Außerdem war das Zimmer wie gebucht deutlich anders und Kleiner. Es sollte auch dringend mal erneuert werden, sieht an als Beispiel an den wackeligen Steckdosen, knarrenden Türen oder der Duschwand wo das Wasser rausläuft und das Bad ein See wird
