Prima maar ik zou niet zo’n hoge score geven
Pros:

Het restaurant op het dakterras met ruime porties en fantastisch uitzicht

Cons:

De kamer voor drie personen was erg klein, met nauwelijks ruimte voor bagage. De ventilator maakte ontzettend veel lawaai; het voelde bijna alsof we naast een vliegtuigmotor sliepen.

Ook de badkamer viel tegen. De douche sproeide de hele badkamer nat en we kregen het water niet echt warm. Mogelijk hebben we niet goed uitgelegd gekregen hoe dit werkte.

Nice views, quiet location in an old budget hotel
Pros:

Liked the kitchen ( though it needed a good clean ), liked the views of the lake, liked the restaurant on site, and liked the cats.

Cons:

Some of the staff were unfriendly ( didn't want to show us the room before we paid). Be prepared for it to be very budget, and somewhat run down.

Pros:

Super hôtel ! Très bonne localisation, à 10min à pieds de la rue principale et de l’embarcadère, permet un environnement plus calme. Très belle entrée et surtout terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

Cons:

Salle de bain sent très mauvais les égouts.
Personnel pourrait être plus accueillant.

Con encanto y tranquilo
Pros:

Es un sitio muy bonito y con encanto, con vistas al lago, muy tranquilo.
El restaurante de arriba (Gato perdido) un 10, tanto la comida como las vistas.

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas, cuidado con la que se escoge, y había bastantes insectos, arañas...
La ubicación, aunque es bonito, queda un poco aislado. Cerca del muelle de Santiago, pero a 15 minutos del muelle de Panajachel.

quiet location directly on the lake with restaurant
Pros:

best view the town! room is relatively simple, but clean. bathroom could need a refresh but functional and clean. we had the quadruple room and could view sunset and sunrise from our beds :) ideal for a quiet stay away from the touristic hassle. Tip: rend a kayak from the hotel and venture around the lake, this was one of the highlights of my trip to guatemala. Restaurant upstairs serves tasty breakfast and dinner options, it's very popular among locals as well. Despite the more rustic room look and facilities, the view and the quiet location directly on the lake made our stay wonderful. Very helpful staff at the reception, we spoke to girls and both gave us very good tips and information on how to get around.

Cons:

in general the room is relatively old, door lock is very easy to open and bathroom is a bit outdated as well. Restaurant is often busy so can be noisy in the evening. Wouldn't be bad per se, but considering that the room we were staying in is right below the restaurant we could hear a lot of noise from restaurant guests (after 10pm) and also from the staff when cleaning (moving around chairs and tables already around 6:30-7am). Understand that it's not managed directly from the hotel, however stricter restaurant guest rules could be agreed upon.

Comfortable, restful spaces with easy access to everything you need and want for a vacation stay.
Pros:

Sylvan entry sets hotel apart, provides entry to comfortable, calm spaces open to water and sky. Facilities completely top-notch: hot shower, comfortable beds, assurance of safety, access to lake, easy walk to centro or tuktuk or los termales. Loved having kitchen available, though the restaurant was very good. And kayaking right from the hotel was a high point of our trip.Staff friendly and professional.

Cons:

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Gran alojamiento con Vista espectacular
Pros:

Maravillosa vista, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas para dormir. El lugar es muy fresco y está frente a la playa por lo que podrás gozar de una vista espectacular.

Cons:

El acceso es complicado e investiga antes de parquear tu carro si habrá algún festival ya que cierran las calles y se complica la salida de automóviles.

Pros:

Location and facilities were clean and beautiful.

Cons:

Wish they had more pillows, just had the mandatory one per person. Also wished that windows had screens so that they could remain open without the curtains blocking the air or the friendly cat getting in the room.
