Очень не приятно себя ведут, еще хотели оштрафовать за разбитую вазу. Когда мой сын хотел вызвать лифт, ваза стояла рядом с кнопкой лифта. Это должно учитываться отелем, для чего ставить вазу рядом где заходят и выходят с лифта и когда ваза стоит на урне которая шатается, любое касание урна падает

Lovely hotel, great view, very big and busy
Pros:

So comfortable, rocking chair, amazing view ( partial sea view)), quiet , spacious

-на завтраки можно было бы добавить ананас из фруктов, но это прям от меня лично, потому что очень его люблю))
Pros:

-местоположение, это первая линия, плюс автобусная остановка прям напротив отеля в сторону северного пляжа и напротив Старбакса в сторону винперла; два торговых центра с буферами, супермаркетом, ну и конечно пляж, где можно арендовать шезлонг за 100Д
-улыбчивый и услужливый персонал
-кондиционеры и система охлаждения работает хорошо во всем отеле
-номер люкс с видом на море, все как на фото: две комнаты, обеденная зона, спальня с большой кроватью, два санузла-что оказалось очень важно, два ТВ, душ и ванна, мы с мужем не привередливые, да номер ремонтом 5-8 лет, но нас это не смущало, все устроило и главное чисто, все необходимые наборы и вода менялись ежедневно и кстати уборка каждый день номера и постельное белье меняли раз в 3 дня, как и полотенца
-завтраки отдельная любовь: вьетнамские супы, яичница, разные вида мяса, как жареное: курица в панировке, бекон, так и тушеное (но с костями), но его все равно обновляют до 9.45-50 (так что хватит всем-кому это важно), фрукты по 5-8 видов, особенно вкусная маракуя, арбуз, папайя и робутан. Своя выпечка, йогурты отдельная любовь и страсть, можно самому приготовить банми.
-номер у нас двухкомнатный и мы с мужем не любители спать под кондеями, так вот в общей комнате на ночь включали на 20-21 градус и в спальне выключали и воздуха нам спокойно хватало (1015 номер)
-добавлю про лифты, в марте 2026 года проблем не было с ним, знаете больше видели как люди тупили сами и нажимали по несколько кнопок (вниз-вверх), как заходили чтобы прокатиться вниз, а им надо наверх, а соседний приезжал пустой, так вот, у нас проблем не было, но начитавшись отзывов выходили заранее если куда-то надо было, закладывая время на лифт (так как отзывов начитались), но в итоге это было зря))

Cons:

-наверное только что слив в душе немного плоховато сливал, но у унитаза был еще слив и вся вода уходила туда, но в тапочках от отеля было сколько уже ходить по кафелю сан.узла, но опять повторюсь, мы не привередливы, снимали их около входа в душ и потом одевали))

Front office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Dining room staff arguing and yelling also very unfriendly was not a good experience for the 6 days we were there.

Очень просторный люкс Elite с панорамными окнами на океан и шикарным видом на набережную Нячанга (за который можно простить многие недочеты отеля), отдельная спальня, широкая кровать. На первом этаже отеля- торговый центр. В соседнем здании еще один торговый цент Lotte Mart.

Cons:

Завтрак - разочарование!!! Отсутствие балкона или хотя бы открывающегося окна для проветривания. Грустная уборка номера... На первом этаже ресторанчик dolder удивил отсутствием обслуживания, стоят 5 официантов, все в своих телефонах, никто не реагирует на клиентов... вообще забыли принести, то что заказали!!!
