Pros:

La proximité et la vue sur le lac, le personnel très sympa, la propreté de l'hôtel et les restaurants à 2 minutes de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le spa pas de jacuzzi comme indiqué mais un bain à bulle dans la piscine où l'eau était froide.

Olime ülirahul, et valisime Como järve ümbruse avastamiseks just Colico ja selle hotelli. Hotell asub otse ranna ääres, saab järves ujuda, hotellil on olemas ka bassein ja spa. Kõik võimalused ideaalseks puhkuseks. Sadam ja head toidukohad jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Tuba oli hea, hommikusöök suurepärane. Tervitusjoogid. Parkimine turvaline.

Die junge und sehr hübsche Rezeptionistin bekommt von mir mehr als 10 Punkte, äusserst freundlich und sehr kompetent. Hätte ich ein Hotel würde ich die Dame abwerben ;-))

Pros:

the provided service at the hotel was far beyond what you usually get at any hotel. Very friendly and helpful personell, great room, at a gorgeous location.

Cons:

It should be closer to our home, we would stay there more often :-)

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich könnte eine Wartung und Grundreinigung vertragen. Im SPA Bereich waren keine Zusatz Handtücher verfügbar.
