Locatie en plek is schitterend

Cons:

Het pretendeert een 4 sterren adult only complex te zijn. Maar niet hotelgasten, inclusief kinderen, kunnen tegen betaling gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Dit past niet bij een dergelijke ambiance.
Daarnaast zijn honden toegestaan, ook in de ontbijtzaal. Dat is onhygiënisch. Ze poepen en piesen in de tuin, waar ik met mijn blote voeten loop. De poep wordt niet altijd opgeruimd. Ook dit past niet.
Het komt voor dat gevraagd wordt om je auto te verplaatsen omdat de overdekte plekken worden gereserveerd voor mensen met een sportauto die 1 nacht blijven. Ik verbleef 2 weken tegen een bedrag van ca 4500 euro. Het kan toch niet zo zijn dat je een gast die 2 weken verblijft vraagt te verkassen voor iemand die 1 nacht verblijft. Na protest komen we blijven staan.

Superbe hôtel
Pros:

Magnifique localisation dans un parc le long du lac. Superbe grande piscine. Chambre parfaitement équipée. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très calme. Centre de Colico très agréable et animé à quelques minutes à pied.

Cons:

La climatisation de la chambre ne peut apparemment pas être réglée de manière individuelle. Une réceptionniste parle un anglais assez approximatif

Pros:

Fantastic location, very quiet and calm, ideal for who is looking for relax and disconnect. The hotel is simply an oasis of peace with all the comfy services for a short or long stay! The adult only category guarantees high standards of tranquility. The room with patio is a plus recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the check in till the check out. Good free parking options available. Large Breakfast with multiple options salted and sweet, lot of fruits and fresh products from bakery and good attention to healthy food. The Pet friendly option is so nice and all the dogs were very educated and welcomed.

Cons:

No negative comments, just two recommendations: a deeper cleaning of the washroom and alternative options of vegetable milk based items in the breakfast for future. Fantastic stay anyway!!
