Heerlijk hotel op een fijne locatie.
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel, prachtig aan het meer. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Weinig parkeergelegenheid. Maar één laadpaal, hoge laadkosten.

Qualité du Personnel tant à la réception que pour le PDJ
PDJ très complet dans un cadre idyllique
Les terrasses de nos chambres donnat sur un parc très bien entretenu et face au Lac

Cons:

Avions réservé 4 places de parking pour nos voitures et les 2 soirs de suite des cllents avaient utilisé nos places alors que l'hôtel avait ajouté des pancartes avec les numéros de nos plaques d’immatriculation

Super tolle Anlage direkt am Comer See. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wir hatten den Blick und Terrasse zum Pool. Alles sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles frisch. Leckerste Tomaten die ich je gegessen habe... genau wie der Cappuccino.

Posizione e vista della camera fronte lago/piscina. Pulizia della struttura e bar fronte lago.

Cons:

Capisco che non fossimo in stagione ma è un peccato che la piscina non fosse riscaldata. Distanza dalla reception al parcheggio: essendo in moto abbiamo dovuto fare tutto il percorso fino alla camera con i bagagli in mano.

Die Lage des Hotels. Es war schön ruhig und dann diese Bergkulisse.🤩 unser Zimmer hatte den Blick auf den Pool und teilweise Seeblick. Alles rundherum sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Location was stunning & rooms were comfortable, clean and lovely outdoor space with loungers and views of lake Como

Cons:

The restaurant evening menu was quite unusual and we tried it once but preferred the outside restaurants and ours was very quiet so I think a reflection of the menu

Die Lage und Pool.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine Sonnenstoren, daher sehr heiss zum draussen sitzen.
Wir wollten zusätzlich eine weitere Nacht buchen aber der Preis von 340.- ist zu hoch, da die Zimmer klein sind, somit stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Le restaurant : Manager et serveur au top ! Cuisine raffinée. Service rapide et efficace. A recommander...

L’accueil ! (pas d'accueil) Aucune hôtesse parle français !
L’hôtel nous fait penser, à un centre de vacances.
La terrasse est communicante avec l’ensemble des autres terrasses ! Pas d’intimité. Un seul fauteuil, alors que la chambre est prévue pour deux personnes.
L’environnement : Présence d'une voie ferrée, et au-dessus de nos têtes des grues BTP !!!
Accès au lac non privatisé (lieu public) Assez bruyant.
