Complimentary breakfast is served Monday through Saturday and is non-refundable. Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays or on the following holidays: Christmas and Thanksgiving, as the dining room is closed.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A notarised letter of guardianship is required if the parent or legal guardian is not present at check-in.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Packages and/or letters cannot be accepted on behalf of guests. Any items received will be returned to the sender. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our guests.

Our air-conditioning is seasonal. In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations.

Air-conditioning is available from June 1 to October 1, or slightly later depending on the weather, and is not guaranteed outside this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Pieza sin baño privado, los trabajos de mantención en el lobby (por los que sacaron la cafetería junto a los ascensores) y la atención de 2 miembros del staff

The room I had was really dated and didn’t feel clean. By the end of my stay I was more comfortable with it, but initially I was concerned.

Great place for a short stay, especially during times when NYC hotels spike around college graduations, holidays and oth
Pros:

The staff were great and the air conditioning cooled the room down on two extremely hot days in late May. I also was really pleasantly surprised by the abundance of really delicious fresh fruit at breakfast.

Cons:

The in-room bathroom floor was really dirty when we checked in and two of the three showers weren’t working properly on our floor.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche de la 8th Ave au coeur de Manhatann. Prix corrects compte tenue de la localisation, bon petit déjeuner et bonne literie.

Kamer is basic maar goed - schoon, lekkere bedden, goede wifi
Douche op de gang was ook schoon en prima
Veel gezamenlijke ruimtes en een tuin om te zitten
Heerlijk ontbijt met zelfbak wafels en vers fruit (en meer)

Hoewel schoon is het her en der wel wat verouderd
