A szállás jó, a szolgáltatások elmaradnak egy 5 csillagos besoroláshoz képest

Modern szálloda, az étterme kiváló, a parkolás megoldott az épület alatti 2 szintes garázsban

Cons:

A képeken látható közvetlen tengerparti épületek nem tartoznak a szállodához. A személyzet döntő része kedves. Volt, aki nem is köszönt, a takarítónő húzta a száját, amikor megkértük, hogy jöjjön vissza később. A medence melletti helyek száma limitált és elégtelen. SEHOL NINCS SZEMETES!!!! ez nagyon zavaró, az összes szemetet a szobában lehet csak kidobni. Csak a recepción beszélnek angolul, a személyzet döntő része csak olaszul tud. A reggeli kb. egy 3 csillagos étterem színvonalának felel meg. A lokáció ugyan "központi", de a sétáló utca nyüzsgős, boltokkal teli része messzebb van. Az üzletek esti nyitvatartása rövid, sokan idő előtt bezárnak (ez mondjuk nem a szállodával kapcsolatos). A tengerpart jó, de tömegnyomor van. A tengerparti és szállodai applikációk olaszul vannak, vagy működnek, vagy nem.

Pros:

Ein grosses Kompliment dem Team: Äusserst freundliches, aufgestelltes und hilfsbereites Personal, ausser einem einzelnen jungen, unmotivierten Servicemitarbeiter (oft während Frühstück im Garten).
Grandioses Frühstücksbuffet, auch für Zöliakiebetroffene.
Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Die automatisch generierte Soundkulisse bis um 23 Uhr haben wir als störend empfunden, zumal man spätabends das Zimmerfenster deswegen schliessen musste.
Obwohl Rauchen an Pool und Strand verboten sind, werden dennoch rauchende und dampfende Gäste nicht darauf hingewiesen.
Seltsam mutete zudem an, dass Gäste ihre Füsse, teils samt Schuhen, auf Stühle hochlagerten und man diese gewähren liess. Nicht nur für ein Fünfsternhotel ein "No-Go"!

Absolut tolle Lage, direkt Meer, alles was man braucht

Cons:

Der Aufpreis beim Frühstück für Zusätze war recht teuer, aber ansonsten war es einfach perfekt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir Rrustem für seinen ausgezeichneten Service aussprechen. Er war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend.

Vielen Dank, lieber Rrustem – ein großartiger Mitarbeiter und eine echte Bereicherung für das Almar!

Hotel dragut dar nu excelent

Plaja frumoasa ,piscina foarte frumoasa si cu facilitati multe,personalul foarte amabil si dispus sa ajute,amenajarile exterioare si micul dejun

Amplasarea camerei..nu recomand camera cu vedere laterala la mare..era intr-o arips a hotelului unde dimineata la ora 5 venea masina de gunoi si apoi toate masilile care faceau aprovizionarea la hotel..un trafic care deranja foarte mult.nu cred ca aceste camere ar trebui oferite turiștilor..si la pretul care este.De asemenea in baie cabina de dus nu era etansa si toata apa se scurgea pe pardoseala baii.restaurantul hotelului era dragut dar seara nu era nici un program de enterteiment.pozitia hotelului departe de zona de centru...
