Cons:

Problem bei der Bezahlung im Parkhaus. Da ich bereits Kunde das Betreibers acoaflow bin wurde mein im Hotel bezahlter Aufenthalt nicht registriert. Ich habe im Hotel 30 € bezahlt und beim Verlassen des Parkhauses , als ich mein Kennzeichen am Automaten eingegeben habe, wurde automatisch, ohne die Möglichkeit des scannens des im Hotel ausgegeben (und bezahlten) QR Code der Betrag für das reguläre Parken im Parkhaus (45€) von meinem Account abgebucht. Beim Anruf im Hotel fühlte sich niemand zuständig… uns wurde doch erklärt, wie wir es machen sollen. Ja, aber genau so haben wir es gemacht, nur leider war nach Eingabe des Kennzeichens kein scannen mehr möglich.
Zukünftig sollte man den Kunden darauf hinweisen, dass bei einem vorhandenen Konto bei Acoaflow das mit dem Hotel QR Code nicht klappt. So hat das Auto First Class für 3 Nächte für 75€ insgesamt gestanden

Perfekter Aufenthalt, sehr netter Service
Pros:

Unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Badewanne wurde erföllt. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut, sogar Fisch war vorhanden, Alles sehr frisch!

freundliches Personal, gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Taxi vor der Tür

Cons:

Tatsächlich das Frühstücksbuffet! Geschirr, Aufschnitt, Brötchen: wir mussten nach Nachschub fragen, da bereits um 9:00 Uhr schon vieles fehlte.

Pros:

I had a nice, quiet and cool night.
I remember booking this room when the heat wave stroke throughout Europe entirely, and I was desperate in the last two days. Everything was perfect.
