По сути это не гостиница, а коридор с комнатами, общежитие. Но на несколько ночей вполне возможно.
Pros:

Недалеко есть крытая парковка. Относительно недалеко, около 15 минут пешком весь центр города. В номере чисто, стараются, белье меняется каждый день.

Cons:

Шумоизоляции нет никакой. Слышно все-и трамваи на улице и кто входит и выходит из соседей.

La ducha es muy pequeña, la primer habitación estaba en la entrada principal al hotel , entonces se escuchaba los portazos cuando los huéspedes entraban o salían; además del sonido del tren pasando con mucha frecuencia

El hotel era antiguo pero estaba todo muy limpio y las personas que lo regentan muy amables

Cons:

Se oía un poco el ruido exterior, pero a nosotros no nos molestó y más con la paliza con la que volviamos al hotel.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du gérant.
L'emplacement proche des musées et des lieux de visite. L'espace des chambres, le ménage chaque jour.

Cons:

L'effet de surprise: l'hôtel est au 3ème étage et il faut traverser les 2 1ers étages désafectés.
La proximité du tram avec du simple vitrage, trop de bruit au petit matin.

Hôtel agréable pour passer quelques nuits à Florence
Pros:

- Le personnel était adorable et à l'écoute.
- La chambre spacieuse et propre et la literie agréable.
- L'emplacement était très bien : à 20min de la place principale, à pieds, avec un arrêt de tram juste à côté de l'hôtel.
- Bon rapport qualité/prix pour passer quelques nuits à Florence.

Cons:

- Chambres très mal insonorisées (on entendait les travaux et les voitures qui passaient la journée et la nuit, ainsi que la sonnette de l'entrée)
- La salle-de-bain aurait besoin d'un petit coup de neuf

Pros:

La posizione è eccellente: vicinissima al centro. Le stanze sono piuttosto grandi e confortevoli. Ottima la posizione del parcheggio che è fra i meno cari e più vicini al centro.

Cons:

L’arredamento è un po’ datato e gli infissi lasciano passare tutti i rumori stradali sebbene ad un alto piano. Per le famiglie con bimbi, l’ascensore è davvero scomodo perché è piccolissimo, dunque armatevi di pazienza nello montare e smontare il passeggino
