Für den Preis und ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir mehr erwartet

Wir waren im Rahmen unseres Jakobswegs für eine Nacht im Absoluto Design Hotel. Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt eher enttäuscht. Bei rund 120 € pro Nacht und einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir einfach etwas anderes erwartet.

Wir sind wirklich keine Menschen, die bei jeder Kleinigkeit pingelig sind. Aber für diesen Preis sollte ein Zimmer unserer Meinung nach einfach sauber sein. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so, wie wir es von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würden.

Auch das Frühstück konnten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen, da es erst ab 9:30 Uhr angeboten wird. Gerade für Pilger auf dem Jakobsweg ist das aus unserer Sicht viel zu spät – zu dieser Zeit ist man normalerweise längst unterwegs. Eine frühere Frühstücksmöglichkeit oder zumindest ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen wäre hier sehr sinnvoll gewesen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, allerdings war die Verständigung auf Englisch teilweise schwierig.

Insgesamt hatten wir uns für den Preis und die angegebene 4-Sterne-Kategorie deutlich mehr erwartet. Schade, denn gerade für Pilger wäre das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage eigentlich eine gute Option.

Non è assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle

Cons:

Camera angusta, buia, con un fortissimo odore di fogna. Letto scomodissimo (sia materasso, che lenzuola corte e il sotto con angoli che si arricciava) e che “ballava” ad ogni minimo movimento; cornice del letto ingombrante in una camera piccolissima! Doccia enorme (sproporzionata rispetto alla camera) e completamente trasparente in mezzo alla camera (se non siete una coppia, non soggiornate qui). Muri e mensola macchiati (con vaso in vetro incrostato), copriletto con macchie sospette. Finestra pianoterra che dava sui tavolini esterni (zero insonorizzazione); frigobar rumorosissimo (abbiamo provato più volte a spegnerlo -era sospeso quindi non c’erano fili a vista da poter staccare la presa- ma ogni volta che schiacciavamo il pulsante si riaccendeva da solo, dopo poco) tanto che siamo andati a lamentarci in reception e ci hanno detto che si sarebbe spento alle 22. Peccato che siamo pellegrini e ci svegliamo all’alba quindi saremmo andati volentieri a dormire prima delle 22. Il lavandino è all’interno della stanza, a pochi cm dal letto. Non c’è balsamo per capelli, né una penna. Non si può definire assolutamente un 4 stelle!
