Insatisfecho
Pros:

Las albercas.

Cons:

No había agua caliente para bañarse , teníamos que ir a decirles que prendieron el boiler y solo nos engañaron porque no lo prendieron. En el Restaurante muy tardado el servicio y de mala calidad la alimentación. En general el personal pasivo agresivo y no mostraban empatía.

Hermoso lugar para relajarse
Pros:

La comida y la alberca son lo mejor del lugar, la atención del personal también es excelente. La limpieza del lugar es ideal y da una gran sencación de tranquilidad para disfrutar los dias de vacaciones.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen algunos detalles que contrastan mucho con la estetica general del hotel, se siente como si no les dieran el mantenimiento adecuado. Al menos la cama del cuarto donde nos hospedamos no era muy comoda.

Las habitaciones están completamente descuidadas y sucias Tienen plagas de cucarachas y telarañas en toda la habitación se ve que no limpian bien desde hace mucho tiempo. Urge que fumiguen de verdad eso no está nada bien.
