快適な滞在を提供いただき大変感謝しています。
Pros:

フロントが大変親切でした。私たちの要望に丁寧に耳を傾けソリューションを提供してくれました。また、朝食は素材にこだわった特別なものでした。宿で採取しているハチミツも純粋な味で極めて美味しかったです。お部屋も使えるスペースは広くエアコンもよく効きました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が使えない状態に設定されていたのがよく理解できませんでした。加えて宿の一室で行われるコンサートに関しては選曲にベートーヴェンの月光が入っていたのが残念でした。すべてショパンのピアノ曲でまとめてほしかったです。

Piękny i klimatyczny obiekt, zupełnie odmienny od zwyczajnych hoteli. Doceniam wyjątkowy wystrój całego obiektu. Pomimo ścisłego centrum, jest to bardzo cicha i kameralna okolica. Pyszne śniadania z dobrej jakości składników. Polecam jeśli komuś zależy głównie na klimacie.

Cons:

Niestety moje łóżko było bardzo niewygodne, materac położony na starszym łóżku był cienki, zbyt miękki i wyraźne wygnieciony w jednym miejscu. Z zewnątrz nie słychać hałasu, ale w środku akustyka pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pani w pokoju obok rozmawiała głośno przez telefon w nocy, słyszałam całą rozmowę i nie mogłam zasnąć. Słychać było kroki i walizki na korytarzu.

Zostałem zwyczajnie naciągnięty. Na miejscu okazało się, że mój pokój nie jest dostępny i muszę dopłacić 200zł, oczywiście żadnego paragonu na to nie dostałem. Pokój który dostałem wyglądał jakbym pojechał do babci na wieś, nijak miał się do tego co na zdjęciach. Stare meble i poplamiona kanapa.

Obsługa ma Cię w d*** i w dodatku jest chamska. Wyszliśmy coś zjeść ok. 16, wracamy 40min później, drzwi zamknięte, pukamy bo widzimy recepcjonistkę, a ta się drze: "nie ma miejsc, nie ma miejsc". W końcu udało nam się otworzyć drzwi, idziemy do pokoju, a ta leci za nami i krzyczy, że nie wolno wchodzić. Dopiero po chwili coś zaskoczyło jej w głowie "oh, bo ja nie wiedziałam" (widziałaś nas kretynko 40min wcześniej).

Następnego dnia przy wymeldowaniu zapytaliśmy o śniadanie, zostaliśmy wyśmiani. Faktury ani paragonu się nie doczekałem.
