Best view from the pool, perfect location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was majestic. The view from the rooftop was unbeaten. Our room was so spacious. We got the ocean view and boy it was so worth it. Great price. Very close to the beach clubs. Perfect location. Bed was very comfy.

Not a great hotel from the services perspective
Pros:

Location is perfect. Very beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms and excellent view from the rooms.

Staffs are not so courteous. This may be the only hotel in the world which charges you for the laundry bags. They charged us 30,000 dongs saying it's a policy.

Also, not a very good check out experience even when it's a pre-paid trip. They will make you wait for 10-15 mins to check out.

Not recommended from the services point of view.

Pros:

Localização excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa, todos falando Inglês bem. O gerente atendeu rapidamente ao pedido de mudança de quarto para os fundos, inclusive com um upgrade gratuito. Café da manhã bom. O cardápio do restaurante é um pouco limitado, mas a comida é ótima. A relação custo x benefício é excepcional, hotéis desse nível geralmente são muito mais caros.

Great location and pool
Pros:

Fabulous location and the infinity pool is amazing.

Cons:

The bedroom is open to the bathroom and in the bathroom is a large window with no blind. What that means is that at 5am in the morning the bedroom is as light as day. Not what you want when on holiday so wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Espetacular, o café da manhã era incrível, a localização beira mar fantástica. O quarto era muito grande e muito confortável. A piscina no rooftop só acrescenta, foi uma ótima estadia.

Très grand appartement, une belle chambre lumineuse équipé de 2 toilettes et un beau balcon avec sur vue mer

Cons:

L'appartement est bien équipé d’une petite cuisine cependant il est impossible de cuisiner car n’est présent aucun ustensile de cuisine, ni pouel ni casserole et aucun couvert de table. Même pas une cuillère pour tourner le sucre dans le café/thé. Néanmoins, cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous profitions des restaurants alentours,
