Great value for a comfortable nights sleep

Pros:

Ne pas se fier à l extérieur de l établissement. C est un hôtel très agréable. La vue sur le jardin est sublime. L hôtel est à 12 minute du site archéologique de Tulum en vélo... et ca tombe bien car l hôtel loue des vélos sur place.

Cons:

Un axe d amélioration serait de revoir l atténuation du bruit des camions le matin. Mais cela reste raisonnable.

Pros:

The location was fantastic for getting into Centro. The staff worked to fix our safe that wasn’t working efficiently and effectively, going out of their way to replace it when we weren’t able to rectify the problem.

Cons:

There wasn’t much privacy if you wanted any natural light in the room.

Cons:

We came at 22:30, and had to wait for along time outside, because it was closed. Even though it was written that the check in is until 23:30. After a lot of time the woman came (she was nice though) and open the doors for us. Then we had problems with the room, because it took a long time to wait for the hot water.
Also the woman told us that check out was at 12:00. But the next day, the manger was not very nice and asked us to leave until 11:00 because he have a group coming.
