Pros:

Sem detalhes, tudo muito limpo, organizado, funcionários com ótimo desempenho.
Voltaremos em breve.
Estavam com a piscina em reforma, mesmo assim em contra partida fizeram uma upgrade de quarto sem ônus. Desta forma entendo que melhoraram nossa experiência.

Pros:

O que adoro neste hotel é estar a poucos pagos do mar, e com cadeira e guarda-sol à disposição!

Cons:

Acho que pode melhorar a questão de ter opções sem glúten e sem lactose no café da manhã. Também fiquei decepcionada pelo fato da piscina ainda estar em reforma.

Pros:

Gostamos do apartamento com vista para o mar e com duas camas bem grandes. O restaurante Fateixa traz praticidade para os hóspedes. Funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. A localização do hotel é muito boa. Ambiente silencioso.

O banheiro do apartamento é bem pequeno.
No domingo, dia 16/08/26, com a presença de mais hóspedes , a reposição dos alimentos no café da manhã estava muito insatisfatória. Os funcionários tentavam fazer a reposição , porém, não conseguiam.
À noite, depois que o hóspede termina o jantar , falta um entretenimento coletivo , por exemplo, uma apresentação musical, um bingo. No jantar, tem um músico que toca, mas ninguém escuta ou aplaude porque está comendo. Por isso, é melhor que o show musical seja depois do horário do jantar, prestigiando melhor o músico.

Acomodação confortável, excelente café da manhã, funcionários cordiais.

Cons:

No período que reservei não foi sinalizado que a área da piscina estava em desuso por conta de reforma. Minha filha ficou bastante frustada.
