Tökéletes Toszkán gyöngyszem
Pros:

A hotel tökéletes volt minden szempontból. Autentikus környezetben , rendkívül figyelmes és kedves személyzettel. Extra finom reggelivel. És a kilátás feledhetetlen a toszkán dombokra.

Excellent
Pros:

Before arriving to the property, we were contacted by Lorenzo, he was really helpful all the way. Then when you get to the hotel, you meet the rest of the staff. Enrica, Salma and the manager whose name I can’t recall are some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met.

Everything else was great as well, the location, the accommodation.

You will not be dissapointed.

Prachtige locatie binnen de muren van Montepulciano
Pros:

Lorenzo en zijn moeder runnen het hotel waanzinnig. Hotel is helemaal gerenoveerd, maar houdt nog een prachtige authentieke style aan! Restaurant aanbevelingen waren waanzinnig. Lorenzo heeft zelfs de reservering voor ons geregeld. Parkeren in deze stad is lastig maar met hulp zeer goed geregeld.

Hotel familiare con la F maiuscola
Pros:

hotel dentro le mura, appena oltre l'arco di ingresso, trovato per caso all'ultimo momento. Comodissimo per perdersi nelle vie di Montepulciano, anche arrivando la sera come nel nostro caso,. Prenotare un parcheggio dell'hotel in caso ci si muova con la macchina. Gentilezza della famiglia indiscutibile, dimensione delle camere più che buona.

Cons:

nulla. alcuni bagni sono piccoli ma negli edifici antichi succede di frequente.

Einfach perfekt - gerne wieder
Pros:

Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Lage. Konnten sogar direkt vor dem Hotel parken, obwohl autofreie Zone. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Wenn ich auf hohem Niveau jammern wollte, würde ich höchstens noch den ständig grellgrün blinkenden Rauchmelder direkt über dem Bett erwähnen.

Gyönyörű, új szállás, igényes környezet, kedves személyzet
Pros:

Vadonat új szobát kaptunk. A szállás a forgalom elől lezárt belvárosi részen volt, az autóval való bejutáshoz előre meg kell adni a szállásnak az autó rendszámát.
A személyzet mindenben nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt. A szállés helye nagyon kedvező.
A szobában minden nagyon szép és tiszta volt, minden vadonat új volt. A reggeli kiadós. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek.
A légkondi nagyon jól működik. Fürdő nagyon igényes volt.
Városnézéshez ideális szállás.

Cons:

A tűzérzékelő villogása a plafonon este nagyon zavaró volt, ami miatt javasolt az alváshoz a szemvédő használata.

Cons:

We stayed two nights at the start of our honeymoon and left genuinely sorry to go.
The people here are what make it. They were attentive and warm from the first minute, and they took real interest in our trip rather than just handing us a map. They recommended San Quirico d'Orcia to us, a town we had not planned on — we went, and it turned out to be one of the best mornings of the whole trip. That kind of local advice is worth more than any guidebook.
Our room had a terrace with a stunning view. We sat there in the evening and it was exactly what you come to Tuscany for.
One practical note that matters if you are driving: the property sits just outside the walls at the lower gate, with free parking on site and a lift. In a Tuscan hill town with a ZTL, that combination is a real advantage — you park at the door instead of hunting for a space and hauling luggage uphill.
One thing to plan around, not a complaint: check-out is a narrow window, 10:00 to 10:30. Build your last morning around it and it is a non-issue.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all'inizio del nostro viaggio di nozze e siamo partiti davvero a malincuore.
Sono le persone a fare la differenza. Attenti e cordiali fin dal primo momento, si sono interessati davvero al nostro viaggio. Ci hanno consigliato San Quirico d'Orcia, un paese che non avevamo : ci siamo andati ed è stata una delle mattinate più belle di tutto il viaggio.
La camera aveva una terrazza con una vista splendida.
Nota pratica per chi arriva in auto: la struttura è appena fuori le mura, alla porta bassa, con parcheggio gratuito e ascensore. In un borgo toscano con ZTL è un vantaggio concreto.
Un dettaglio da pianificare, non una critica: il check-out è in una finestra stretta, dalle 10:00 alle 10:30.

Ottima posizione, molto centrale. Comodissimo il posto auto.

Cons:

Essendo la struttura molto centrale, purtroppo risulta un po' rumorosa (camion della nettezza urbana che passano sotto alla camera la mattina presto). Unica nota negativa che mi permetto di segnalare è il chiasso delle signore delle pulizie nei corridoi prima delle 8 di mattina. La gente che è in vacanza vorrebbe approfittare per dormire un po' di più.

Cons:

The bedroom would have been better with a wardrobe and/or cupboard to store clothes. The bathtub in the lounge was unnecessary.
