Not worth four star price

The best thing was the location and view.

Cons:

Problems encountered with apartment 10:
* Urine on ensuite toilet rim and outside bowl (photo)
* Dirty filters in aircons and dryer (photo). Husband washed them all.....
* Hair all over carpet (vacuumed again)
* Broken screen in main shower, broken shower nozzle and dirty shower (photo)
* Ensuite door handle on bottom of shower screen does not stay up.
* Dirty bowls and plates hidden under clean ones. Needed to wash before use
* Main bathroom door locks itself and you need to open from outside.
* Dirty oven smoked out the unit
* Baked on food on oven racks and bottom of oven (photo)
* Curtains do not cover windows in loungeroom so there is glare on TV.
* Curtains in main bedroom are not block out and sun comes through in the morning.

Ok for a budget stay, but not 4 stars. Unclean, complicated check in/out afterhours.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The afterhours check in check out experience felt clunky. The long list of instructions to eventually access the key (afterhours) felt like a treasure hunt. Overly complicated.
Shower was dirty, when I turned it on bits kept coming from the edges and floating around the shower. There was a pubic hair on bedroom wall. There was a hair on the bed.
No water bottles provided in the fridge.
Pillows are terrible, I woke up at 4am with an awful neck.
The accommodation just felt dirty.

Perfect location, And will definitely rebook the same place again.
Pros:

Fabulous location close to the esplanade, and a beautiful view. Great two bedroom apartment with a functional kitchen and good laundry, lovely outdoor balcony.

Cons:

kitchen is very sparsely fitted out. I would ordinarily expect at least salt and pepper and more supplies by way of tea and coffee (at least for two people for a 6 day stay).

Perfect quick get away
Pros:

The location was very convenient and the pool facilities were great! It was good to have the kitchen and laundry in the apartment.

The apartment could have been cleaned a lot more throughly, it was overall dusty and grimy.

Pros:

The room was large and spacious and accommodated the two of us nicely with two rooms and two bathrooms. The view was nice and the pool was really good.

Cons:

There was an awful smell in the room that kept giving me a headache - we aired it out quite a bit but it was like an incense/cooking smell that wouldn't go away. It also could do with a thorough deep clean of the apartment.
