Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Super emplacement situé juste en face du Château Frontenac. La chambre était très propre, le lit ferme et confortable. La salle de bains, bien que minuscule était propre et bien équippée! À ne pas hésiter !

Good location but not a great place. Ok if you don't intend to spend much time in your room.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Room #3 has an outside entry at the back of the hotel and the only window that opened faced the parking lot. It did not feel safe to open the window and had little privacy
The room felt cramped and had a general 'worn' feeling about it.

Reception very friendly and helpful. Instructions clear on how to check in after hours.
Pros:

Very close to all restaurants, the old town and train station which is how we travelled there. There is a parking lot if required.

No face to face contact with staff. Phone calls frustrating - I do not speak Chinese or French. They had someone who could help - kind of.

La atención amablr del personal y la ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

Overall we paid for what we got. The room was small, a bit dated but clean. Location was great. Staff was very detailed
Pros:

Location was great, right next to Fontanac and minutes to many options of restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The room was pretty small. A queen size bed literally took up the entire room with some walk area around including a small area around the sink. Bathroom was also small with a standing shower that I kept hitting my elbows to the wall.
