A great location but facilities could be better.
Pros:

The location is very good. The staff were helpful and allowed us to stay a little longer when our flight times were changed. The beds were quite comfortable.

Cons:

There was no couch for the three of us to sit on. There was not enough cutlery. We had to get plastic utensils from a takeout restaurant.

Le confort vraiment rudimentaire. Peux de place. Lavabo dans la chambre à moitié bouché. Emplacement radiateur de chauffage et baignoire dans la pièce incongrue, presque au milieu de la pièce.

Pros:

L hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir stationner en arrivant et de ne plus avoir à utiliser la voiture jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons pris le temps d explorer la vieille ville. Tout est à proximité. L hôtel offre le charme de ces vieilles maisons victoriennes qui nous partagent un peu de l histoire de Québec. La chambre était très propre. Parcontre matelas et oreillers pourraient être renouvelés afin d offrir un meilleur confort.

Le confort de la literie était médiocre.

Emplacement calme. Parfait pour.un weekend dans le Vieux-Quebec.en solo.

Cons:

Manquait de finition.dans les.chambres. Pas à jour pour l'esthétique. Couvre-lit à.changer. Le câble ne fonctionnait pas pour la télévision.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Super emplacement situé juste en face du Château Frontenac. La chambre était très propre, le lit ferme et confortable. La salle de bains, bien que minuscule était propre et bien équippée! À ne pas hésiter !

Good location but not a great place. Ok if you don't intend to spend much time in your room.

Cons:

Room #3 has an outside entry at the back of the hotel and the only window that opened faced the parking lot. It did not feel safe to open the window and had little privacy
The room felt cramped and had a general 'worn' feeling about it.
