Pros:

le personnel était acceuillant malgré nos difficultés de language, le petit déjeuner, la chambre et la salle de bain très correcte et propre. Nous n'avons pas pris le temps de profiter de la piscine. A l'accueil, le responsable nous a permis - le jour de notre départ - de laisser la voiture sur le parking pendant que nous visitions la ville de Canterbury.

Amabilidad del personal que nos permitió dejar el coche en el parking antes de la hora del check-inn. Habitación familiar amplia y camas cómodas.

Shabby and in need of renovation. New owner is apparently aware
Pros:

Staff were polite but aware that standard of the hotel was not great.

Cons:

Room very shabby. Furniture badly worn, net curtains ripped, room in serious need of redecoration. Breakfast very basic. Showers for swimming pool very poor.

They asked me to pay up front on arrival, which I did but wished I hadn't. Checked out after 2 of 5 days and struggling to get a refund. Told me to contact Booking.com, who told me to contact the hotel. Dreadful experience.

Horrible smell in bedroom. Breakfast was terrible. Sour milk in jug. Food left in direct sunlight during heatwave. Fried food looked cheap and nasty...

Lovely break
Pros:

This was are 3rd stay here and it’s at a good location with extra bonus of a pool and free parking .

Thannington offeens f helpful staff, breakfast & facilities good, - overall great place to stay
Pros:

Good location , free parking, lovely gardens and swimming pool for relaxation. Breakfast excellent with owner ensuring quality of food and service. Friendly helpful staff. Good price. Please note if you or any of your party have any requirements to suppott mobility needs there is no lift available and some rooms accessed via one or two flights of stairs. Advise request a ground floor room.

Cons:

Some interior areas would benefit from an update but did not affect overall service and provision which was very good.

Habitació àmplia i llit confortable. Bona situació. Zona piscina i jardí molt agradable.

No air-conditioning, it was spurting out water continuously. So it had to be turned off, was soooo hot in the hotel and the rooms..
