Localização..restaurante ..vista..conforto..
. colaboradores do Hotel , com destaque entre outros .do Sup.de recepcao Benildo...muito solicito e pro ativo...!

Cons:

NADA demais...mas no restaurante há pratos para 2 pessoas...e se vc for numa viagem solo..nao fazem para 1 pessoa. Mas recomendo o caladinho de sururu..( sugestao que venha acompanhado de torradinhas).a sopa de legumes..delícias..

Amamos nossa estadia no hotel! O quarto muito bom, a cama muito confortável e banheiro muito espaçoso. O café da manhã era espetacular. O único ponto negativo é a questão de estacionamento, que sempre que saíamos, quando chegávamos estava lotado, porém o funcionário Ranyere sempre nos ajudou com essa questão e deu tudo certo!

Funcionários muito simpáticos, educados e solícitos para nos ajudar no que precisávamos. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Fomos com nosso filho e amamos.

- Ubicación y Temperatura de la Piscina
- la Ubicación de el Hotel esta en un excelente lugar, seguro, donde se puede salir a dar un paseo a cualquier hora.
- Habitaciones Limpias.

Cons:

- La persona que nos ayudo con las Maletas en un principio entró a nuestra habitación sin pedir permiso y eso nos incomodo a mi y mi pareja.

Solo eso.

Hotel muito bem localizado, confortável e com bom atendimento, mas com alguns pontos de manutenção e limpeza que poderia
Pros:

Gostamos bastante da localização do hotel, que é excelente, bem na orla e perto de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes, mercados e áreas para caminhar. A estrutura do hotel também é boa, os quartos eram confortáveis e a equipe foi gentil, inclusive permitindo late check-out até 14h, o que nos ajudou muito.

Cons:

Alguns pontos atrapalharam um pouco a experiência. O quarto ficava em frente a uma obra que começava muito cedo, antes das 7h, e o barulho incomodava. Também tivemos dois quartos em andares diferentes, o que dificultou o deslocamento entre nós. No 6º andar, o botão do elevador para subir ao 9º não funcionava. A internet ficou instável em alguns momentos, a área da janela/cortinas poderia estar mais limpa e o ar-condicionado do 9º andar desligava sozinho depois de um tempo e ficava com as luzes piscando.
