Hotel ruim
Pros:

A localização e a gentileza dos funcionários.

Cons:

O hotel está em reforma,paguei a suite de frente para o mar ,me colocaram no último andar ao lado da obra,o pó era muito,minha filha é asmática ficou muito doente,o barulho da makita era muito e tbm o banheiro transborda o ralo!

Pros:

Muito bom o café da manhã, com excelente variedade e produtos de qualidade. As equipes do Ponta Verde, notadamente o Italo e o Gabriel, da recepção, são extremamente atrenciosos e preocupados em bem atender aos hospedes. A localização do hotel é privilegiada.

Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários cordiais e prestativos.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar pois era muito superficial, deixando algumas sujeiras aparentes, principalmente no banheiro.
Não havia nenhuma sinalização e não nos foi informado em nenhum momento que a voltagem das tomadas era 220v. Acabei queimando meu equipamento de alisar o cabelo (chapinha). Valor simbólico foi descontado no check-out.
Chuveiro péssimo (pouca pressão e regulagem de água quente/fria muito ruim). Para ter pressão a torneira de água quente precisava ser aberta de modo que a água saía fervendo, sem condições de banho. Por outro lado, se fosse tomar banho de água fria, a água saía aos pingos, além de bater no suporte de sabonete (em local totalmente inapropriado) e espirrar no rosto da pessoa, muito desagradável. Pra completar o incômodo, o ralo do banheiro entupia a cada banho, proporcionando uma experiência bem nojenta.
Roupas de cama com aspecto de muito uso, manchas, etc. Está na hora de dar uma renovada pois a sensação de descansar sobre esses lençóis e fronhas não foi nada agradável.

Os quartos são antigos , o hotel precisa de uma repaginada , lençóis ruins , sem conforto .
Café da manhã bagunçado, não limpam as mesas , eu que tive que limpar a nossa mesa do café .
