The breakfast was just ok
Great location and nice size room
If I was staying longer I'd pay for a sea view, however even looking over the bins etc was very quiet
Would have been nice to have a smile at check in, but another member of staff made up for it and helped with my bags and directed me to my room.
5 stars for Alex and Cam for sorting out a pair of glasses I left behind .. excellent customer service)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole places looks like it has recently been refurbished.
It was a very windy night and our room was on the top floor. The noise from the weather kept us awake for most of the night. That's no fault of the hotel though.
Breakfast and location, the bar was good.
Too many steps to the room from the lift
No lounge area and the chairs in our bedroom were not comfortable to sit in to watch tV.
The staff were great but a special mention for the maintenance guy with the long hair who was exceptional.

Awesome staff and lovely food too !! Sadly there was some dust in the wardrobes and when I booked I’m 98% sure I booked a room with a sea view and didn’t get that
Apart from that small amount of dust on my clothes from inside the wardrobe it was perfect and the room wasn’t what I’m pretty sure I booked either.
