We had to wait almost two hours in reception for our room to be ready. Unfortunately this marred the break from the outset and it didn’t get any better
The food is always lovely there and breakfast is super, everything you need on display,,the staff are so helpful too,and so friendly, they even bring a cut up sausage for our dog ,and theres plenty of places to sit, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Just wish there was more parking spaces, especially for those with walking difficulties
Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Perfect location and really friendly staff.
Having a dog sat at the next table when we were having breakfast. We knew it was a dog friendly hotel but maybe have a seperate area for them.
room was a good size. Shower were efficient, easy to use and beds were comfortable.
Car parking was limited. Had to park on a street nearby which was OK but there was only one space and without this space it would have been inconvenient
room very hot, was provided with a table fan, but got so hot at night had to ask for a 2nd fan. staff were very helpful with this.
Everything.😄
All good, nothing to complain about here.
Location excellent staff really helpful and polite room lovely bed really comfy
Couldn't fault anything
Next time we want a break in St Anne's will will definitely stay at Offshore hotel again
Staff was lovely food was good perfect location
The air conditioning in the bar area & it was a very relaxing experience.
The bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room due to I assume it being a heatwave.
The breakfast was good both continental and full English plus other things, The room was ground floor and very good fully accessible. The location was nice not far from the pier.
Nothing
This is a really hard thing to achieve and very much an intangible. However, I thought the staff were genuinely happy and engaged. Even the new staff brought in for the busy period. I could see excellent teamwork, normally it is every man for himself.
It was expensive, but understand why based on the Festival at the time. As it was very busy, we got a disabled room as we extended our stay for another two days as the festival drip fed new artists. The disabled room, although likely suitable for disabled, we weren't and walking in the bathroom with socks on, as it was a wet room, after a shower garnered wet feet. To be fair, that is first world problems and unlikely to be able to be fixed with the business of the hotel.
Location and clean
Room was hot but did have fan
Very comfortable, clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent as there was plenty of choice and the full English was great.
There were no complaints about anything.
