The room was quiet. We received a courtesy call the day before our stay to remind us the restaurant was shut on the Sunday evening so we could make alternative arrangements, It is a short drive to the Mumbles.
The hotel is in need of some attention. In our room, the bathroom radiator had detached from the wall, a window wouldn't shut, a blind was broken, there were some stains on the carpet, the tap came off in our hand. Staff were attentive and apologetic when I told them - but clearly the hotel is past it's prime. There was a limited selection for breakfast which was served with two half slices of toast for the two of us. Closer to the date of travel, when we could no longer cancel, we found the hotel at a much better price - and much closer to the true value of the stay. As a quick overnight stop, it was fine, but it's not a place we would return to.
The women at reception was so lovely and kind she made it feel like a home from home. I also loved the hotel and the bird houses at the front!
There were 11 of us some of us stayed in the lodges in the car park they were brilliant, very spacious beautiful bathroom and huge supper king bed with everything you would need towels robes tea coffee spare pillows etc brilliant! Staff were amazing
Unfortunately 3 of our party staying in the main hotel and we're very disappointed blinds broken bath seel so couldn't have a bath the radiator was hanging off the wall a very different experience compared to the lodges
The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the patio space outside. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality and the staff were most helpful.

Lovely outdoor seating areas but disappointed no geraniums which looked so nice in promotion picture.
Room a bit shabby, toilet seat loose, moved to one side, no plug for sink but staff supplied one when asked the following day.
