Important information:

Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La cercanía con el puerto, las piscinas y los restaurantes del resort y el personal muy amable. Muy recomendable para familias con niños.

Cons:

La habitación con dos camas dobles solo contaba con una mesa de luz, poco lugar de guardado con pocas perchas

Falta educación profesional del personal de la hoteleria, la comida es cara 🫰 cena Pero está mejor que el desayuno fue buena la comida de la cena, no como desayuno uno de los bufets más horribles que probé en hotel las pisinas ok 👌🏻 estuve bien pero muchos viento 💨 corre en lA tardes, el spa tenía pisina adentro con agua de mar frío!!! 🥶 osea nadie entra esta porgusto! Un desperdicio deberían de tener pisina caliente adentro.

Pros:

Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the sea from our room. The showers were fantastic.

Cons:

The quality of the food in the main restaurant was average and expensive. The sushi place was good but we couldn't order a pot of tea, which we didn't think was too hard to ask for in a 5 star hotel. Also the TV in our room was incredibly annoying to figure out just to watch some simple news. I can't understand why it had to be so complex. In the end we got it to work by chance.

Das Frühhstücksbuffet war 5Sternen nicht angemessen.
Ich hätte mehr Auswahl erwartet. Der Service war sehr unmotiviert.
Sehr gestört hat mich, dass die Hunde auf die Stühe im Restaurant durften. Es gibt Menschen mit Tierhaar Allergie die sich später darauf setzen. Niemand vom Service hat daran Anstoß genommen und dies untersagt. Auch durften die Hunde auf die Liegen am Pool,sehr unhygienisch.
Das Personal an der Rezeption /Service spricht kein Wort englisch.

Nice place to stay and relax
Pros:

The rooms were well-equipped and clean. The large balconies made the rooms even more welcoming.
There were enough pools and sun loungers for all guests, and guests could even choose between different water temperatures and sunbathing facilities.
There was also a wide selection of restaurants and bars, each with a different concept, so there was something for everyone.

Cons:

Nobody at reception spoke English, which made checking in and arranging transport a bit of a challenge.
