Important information:

Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Sabemos que es temporada baja pero no nos dieron ganas de comer en los restaurantes , el Nikkei queríamos pedir el menú Tokio y había que pedirlo 24 horas antes xq el chef no estab preparado. Absurdo .
Falta mejorar servicio restaurantes.
Spa pedimos la promoción pareja llegamos puntual y el Jacuzzi estaba vacío . Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos se llenara . Luego en el masaje leño llegaban las masajistas nos enfriamos esperándolas. Tuve que vestirme e ir a buscarlas . Luego la masajista me hizo un masaje que no era descontracturante , no sabía lo que hacían .
No volvería a tomar este servicio .

El cuarto muy bueno y cómodo. Las instalaciones bonitas.

Cons:

Zona de playa descuidada.
Acumulación de basura junto al hotel, se ve desde los cuartos.
Muy malo el servicio del personal: muy lento, confuso, con errores... necesitan entrenamiento.

Pésimo la comida nada que ver, pedir una plancha de langostino me sirvieron como si me darían la sobras me pusieron más tomates cherry enteros que langostinos . También pedí alitas crocantes muy estaba demasiado salado.
