I was charged twice for the service I received and it has been a month since I don’t get any resolution even though I started asking for support from even before checking in when I realised that my reservation was made doubled by mistake. The property is totally aware of these that excuse themselves on passing the problem to booking and booking to the property. At the end, no one proceeded to reimbursing the double charge.
Quarto muito confortável , amplo e com tudo que precisava no banheiro . Hotel mais tranquilo na época em que fui então o café da manhã foi servido a lá carte . Destaque para o funcionário Fernando muito simpático e gentil
Fiquei 6 noites e na última noite uma amiga veio dormir no meu quarto que era duplo, nem iríamos tomar café da manhã pois partiríamos cedo para san blas . Eles foram irredutíveis em relação a uma taxa extra que eu teria que pagar , achei que faltou um pouco de flexibilidade

That the fare for travel to the airport was not clear. It was implied we had to pay and she clearly overcharged us for the trip uber would have been better

Loved fresh sheets every day and also to have the turn down service! Very clean and aroma therapy in the hall to greet me! All the staff were quite cordial - great hospitality!!
There was honestly nothing that was less than delightful!
