Chegamos cedo apesar do hotel estar "vazio" não nos concederam um early check in pudemos ocupar o quarto apenas após as 12:00 mediante ao pagamento de 55,00 dólares adicionais.
Como o hotel estava vazio não serviram o café da manhã na forma de buffet mas sim a la carte sem informarem na reserva.
Sinceramente se soubesse disso não teria realizado a reserva.
Prachtige ruime en comfortabele kamer. Lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Heerlijk zwembad met jacuzzi. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die graag dingen voor je regelen. Ook vervoer tegen een prima prijs. Metro op loopafstand.

Het hotel heeft fijne, grote kamers met goede bedden en een een ruime badkamer. Het kleine zwembad is fijn en groot genoeg en ook de jacuzzi is erg prettig. Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage wat erg fijn is gezien het feit dat je in Panama City niet overal (veilig) kunt parkeren. De ligging is op prima loop afstand van de hop-on-hop-off bus.

There are some young boys at the reception who could be a little more welcoming. Not a deal breaker, but it would elevate the hotel's high standards.
Bien situado si vas de trabajo, la recepcionista muy muy amable- la dotación del baño buena.
No hay personal que ayude con el equipaje. Podrían mejorar calidad de jabones y crema del baño. El servicio del desayuno muy regular, no éramos mas de 4 mesas desayunando y tocaba ir a buscar los meseros para que atendieran y demorado el servicio - la comida bien.
