Das Zimmer war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Es war sauber.
Das Frühstück war am 1. Tag nicht gut. Die Hälfte der Schalen am Buffet waren leer. Außerdem war die Dame, die die Omelette zubereitet als wir zum Frühstück kamen, nicht mehr auffindbar. Nach 20 min haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert. Der Mann, der wohl für das Frühstück zuständig war, hatte keine Lust, das hat man ihm angesehen. Nach erneuten 10 Minuten als nichts passierte, haben wir uns ein zweites Mal beschwert. Sehr schade, da wir nicht wenig für die Übernachtung bezahlt haben. Allerdings am 2. Tag war alles Tip Top. Diesmal war eine Frau fürs Frühstück zuständig und jetzt hat wohl alles funktioniert. Alles war aufgefüllt und man sah der Dame an, dass sie anders Motiviert war, als der Herr ein Tag zuvor. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel und für den Preis war das nicht akzeptabel.

They charge 1 full stay for an early check-in.
The staff were friendly, the hotel nice, the area was safe, and the room was large and comfortable.

Tamanho do quarto, limpeza, o banheiro era todo separado e com vários mimos para sua higiene. Funcionários prestativos e educados.
Café da manhã poderia ter uma variedade um pouco maior, mas o que ofereciam era bem gostoso. E a piscina é pequena e as fotos no booking sao um pouco diferentes do que o local realmente apresenta
