Delicious breakfast and dinner, high quality and comfortable room
Pros:

What a fantastic stay. We loved our cave-like room, which was furnished with high quality furniture and details, the friendliness of the staff, and the central location (less than 2 minutes from Uchisar castle, less than 5 minutes from a supermarket and lots of restaurants).

But the real highlight was breakfast- pictures speak louder than words- this was one of the best we've had in a long time.

One recommendation- make sure to have dinner in their restaurant when staying here, it's delicious!

Little hotel and great people
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone I interacted with was varying and great to talk to! Great people!!!

Cons:

I fan would be great to have in a room to circulate the air. The pillows were very hard, but when I asked for a softer one, I was given one right away. Room cleaning would be nice, 3 days without cleaning and taking out trash was a little long.

Struttura scelta per il ristorante
Pros:

La colazione e la persona che la gestisce, la stanza è veramente minimal , letto comodo, il cortile esterno in estate molto sfruttabile. Ho prenotato due stanze per me e i miei amici, la loro molto ampia la nostra molto più piccola. La posizione se si ha un auto è ottima, il castello è a 2 passi molto suggestivo la sera illuminato.

Le foto ben fatte quindi mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, ma non è questo il motivo del mio voto. Ho scelto questa struttura prettamente per il ristorante, stando fuori tutto il giorno non dover riuscire per la cena un grande vantaggio, se segnalato dalla guida Michelin ancora meglio. Purtroppo la prima e unica cena è stato un vero disastro. Ho prenotato la mattina un tavolo per 4 e il Testi Kebab che non si può ordinare al momento. Siamo arrivati nell'orario previsto, entrati dalla scala interna siamo stati bloccati dal cameriere come se fossimo degli intrusi. Ho spiegato che avevo una prenotazione ed infatti il tavolo era li ad attenderci. Contemporaneamente è arrivata una coppia senza prenotazione, mancava il tavolo lo portano ed apparecchiano di tutto punto sotto i nostri occhi ordinazioni comprese. Noi li ad attendere, dopo una ventina di minuti arriva un cameriere " are you ready?" Prende l'ordine , con le portate che arriveranno in modo sconclusionato dimenticando anche il piatto della nostra amica. Lo facciamo notare e sbuffano infastiditi...ricapitoliamo: ospiti della struttura, prenotato la mattina, confermato via messaggio nel pomeriggio, lasciati in attesa mentre servivano altri tavoli, dimenticata ordinazione, Finito? No! Cosa manca? Acqua e bicchieri ed eventualmente altra bevanda....! Fatto notare a pasto inoltrato il cameriere si presenta con 4 bicchieri portati insieme stretti sul petto con un braccio attaccati al maglione (questo non mi era mai capitato) li poggia sul tavolo insieme alla bottiglia di acqua in un angolo, non chiede nemmeno se volevamo altro oltre all'acqua, del resto avevamo quasi finito di cenare....La cena è terminata con un "bella ciao" non si capisce a che titolo se non una presa in giro. Tornando alle stanze dal soffitto cadono sassolini e polvere, la luce è molto soffusa soprattutto in bagno, penso che molte delle strutture in Cappadocia abbiano lo stesso problema.

Pros:

Highly impressed with the warm welcome. Staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. The food was excellent , and the restaurant was clean and cosy. We fell at home surrounded by good friends!
Strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers. I'll definitely be staying there again when travelling to Cappadocia.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima con camere e bagni molto ampi , colazione eccezionale servita al tavolo, disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale. Abbiamo cenato ottimamente nel locale per due sere. L' ultima sera ci hanno organizzato una serata karaoke per tutto il nostro gruppo. Tutto perfetto e un plauso a tutto il personale

Home away from home.
Pros:

Very cosy, homely and clean. There was hot water which didn’t run out except for one night when the heater went out. But it was fixed very promptly once we informed the staff.

Service staff are all very friendly. The housecleaning lady even had a snowball fight with my kids! It truly felt like home away from home.

The Michelin star restaurant above our rooms was also a plus. We had dinner at the hotel almost every other day. The food is really good so definitely value for money. Must try the Testi Kebab!

A hotel with an authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The food was also remarkable with well-prepared dishes and fresh, high quality ingredients. Shahir in particular, as well as the entire hotel staff, were always willing to help with anything we needed. There are several options for dining or coffee very close by. Additionally, there is quick access by car to all the attractions in the area.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. The lighting in the room is quite dim and could be brighter. Additionally, the apartment (especially the bathroom) was cold; since it is on the ground floor, the heating needs to be stronger when temperatures drop below freezing. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, with slow speeds and frequent signal drops.

De maaltijden waren goed. Alles was ook goed op loopafstand.

Cons:

Niets, alles was in orde. Klein puntje was dat een stopcontact achter de bedpoot zat (het bed stond vast) en dat het daardoor niet te gebruiken was.

Wij wandelden van hotel naar hotel. Van de vijf hotels was dit hotel het goedkoopste. Gezien de iets gedateerde inrichting klopte dat ook wel met ons gevoel.
