5. kez Miami ye gittik ve ilk defa konaklama konusunda bir tesiste sorun yaşadık.

Kahvaltı yanında aldığımız çaylar için ekstra para ödedik. Kahvaltı dahil olan bir pakette çay veya kahve nin pakete dahil olmaması çok garip. Hergün odamızı temizlemeleri talep etmemize rağmen sadece havlu bırakıp temizlik yapmıyorlardı. Otelin elektrik voltajı çok düşük olduğu için, elektrikli saç ürünlerimizi asla kullanamadık.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

This is a hidden gem. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The hotel has an old city feel but has been renovated so it is just as nice as any modern hotel. The onsite restaurant is great, especially for dinner. Drinks are expensive but it is Miami Beach so that is expected. It's only a block off the beach and there is a pool with some comfy loungers.

Cons:

Coffee service is only from 6 to 8. Maybe extending it to 10 would be nice. No big deal though.

Don't bother
Pros:

Location was away from everything except the beach. Last 3 days the housekeeping refused to enter room, no refreshing, threw bath towels at us, no face cloths, refused to remove garbage or soiled towels. One night it rained and the rain poured in through the closed windows, pooling on floor. Called front desk, maintenance gave me a towel for the floor and windows. Wouldn't move us to a non-flooding room. Upon check out was dinged for Peanut M&Ms which we didn't eat....peanut allergy!!! Attempted to email to inform them but it keeps bouncing back. Would never recommend and will never stay there again. Restaurant charged $7.00 for a coffee when you purchase room with breakfast voucher. One waiter was incredibly rude. Front desk staff very nice.

Bel hôtel, super personnel !
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, emplacement parfait par rapport à la plage mais éloigné d'un peu tout à pied.
Le personnel, très gentil, nous avait mis une petite attention très gentille pour l'anniversaire de mon mari.
Très pratique d'avoir un restaurant intégré à l'hotel.

Cons:

Piscine non chauffée, alors même en bonne période, elle est un peu fraiche !
Pas de possibilité de se faire un thé ou café dans la chambre (ca manque d'une bouilloire)
Le prix reste cher notamment le petit déjeuner qu'on doit prendre dans le restaurant sans remise, comme les clients extérieurs.
Pas de parking à proximité !

Note positive : Un grand bravo à la femme de ménage qui fait un travail irréprochable et garde les chambres très propres.

Cons:

L’équipe du soir : Adorable, accueillante et professionnelle en tout point. Un grand merci à eux pour leur bienveillance.
L’équipe du matin : Malheureusement, l’expérience est radicalement différente. Entre l’hôtesse d’accueil et les serveurs au petit-déjeuner, nous avons eu la constante sensation de déranger. Le personnel semble peu habitué ou peu disposé à accueillir une clientèle internationale dont l'anglais ou l'espagnol ne sont pas la langue maternelle, ce qui est très regrettable pour un hôtel.

L’hôtel est « dans son jus » et mériterait une sérieuse modernisation. Ne vous attendez pas à du contemporain : il n'y a aucune prise USB ou USB-C à disposition. Le comble de l'anachronisme : le radio-réveil est encore équipé d'un support pour iPod !

Petit-déjeuner :
Je vous déconseille vivement de prendre l'option petit-déjeuner incluse. Le choix est limité, la qualité médiocre et, cerise sur le gâteau, les boissons chaudes (thé/café) ne sont pas incluses et doivent être payées en supplément.
Conseil d’ami : Pour un rapport qualité-prix bien supérieur, rendez-vous au « Bon Bouquet » situé à 200 mètres. Le petit-déjeuner y est excellent et le personnel y est adorable.

Pros:

Hotel was at a good location to the beach and shops.
It had a nice workout area on the roof where you have basic equipment to complete the workout but some dumbells were rusty so had to take care when using.
They also had happy hr between 6 and 7pm for hotel guest which was a nice touch.
Breakfast food was good.

Cons:

You had to explicitly request your roomat reception to be cleaned, otherwise you'd come back in the evening and the room would still be undone even if you put the please make up room sign on the door.
The breakfast service was slow, and most of the times we would notice people paying for their breakfast would get it a lot quicker than us(we had it included as part of our stay).
On the last day though, we ordered our breakfast waited 1hr without anyone checking on us, eventually after 1 hr we asked why its taking so long and other ppl who arrived later that us were already eating, they said they'd check, they didn't even apologise for the delay, etc.
They brought us bread and juice which was part of it but we were so fed up that we left, it was really disappointing to see such poor service.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, a una cuadra de la playa. Te pasan sillas y toallas para la playa excelente servicio, solo falta el quitasol o sombrilla ya que el sol es muy intenso.

Cons:

Poca información respecto al desayuno incluido, ya que no lo mencionan pero con el convenio del restaurante del lugar solo hay derecho a un tipo de desayuno (huevos, tocino o jamón o salchicha, más palta tomate o papas o fruta y un pequeño vaso de jugo de naranja). Y comer lo mismo 4 días aburrre. Tampoco dan la opción de cambiar por otro desayuno del menú aunque cueste menos.
Otro factor que es importante es que la música del restaurante es demasiado alta, no se puede mantener una conversación.
