Valeria y Keily , encantadoras y muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho. El resto del personal de recepción también muy amable , pero coincidimos sobre todo con ellas

La poca variedad del desayuno . Muy repetitivo .
Pero no quiero decir con eso que malo. Porque es tipo buffet y te ayuda a ahorrarte alguna comida .

A hospedagem superou minhas expectativas. Hotel muito confortável, bem localizado, fácil acesso tanto quem usa trannsporte público como faz uso de carro.

We stayed at Hotel Croydon for 4 nights.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and everything started well. We had booked a standard room, but when we got to our room, we found two large beds instead. Thinking it was a mistake, we went back to reception and were told that we had been "upgraded."

Unfortunately, this upgrade came with a room where the air conditioning didn't work. Instead, we were given a portable AC unit that made an incredibly loud noise all night while barely cooling the room. We asked if we could simply have the room we had originally booked because it was impossible to sleep with that noise and the room was still too warm.

The receptionist's reaction was shocking. She sighed right in front of us and remained rude and unpleasant for the rest of the evening. At that point, if you don't enjoy helping guests, maybe hospitality isn't the right profession. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were much friendlier and more professional.

The breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited and, surprisingly, there weren't even pancakes for breakfast... in America!

Overall, this was not the experience we expected. A faulty room can happen, but poor customer service makes the situation much worse. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

A l'arrivée 100 $ pour l'assurance de 4 jours. Obligatoire. Après protestation il concède de rembourser à la fin du séjour.
2 mois après, j'attends toujours ! Regarder un match du mondial dans la chambre il fallait un abonnement !
Le regarder au bar, avec une Corona à 18$.
Le parking conseillé par l'hôtel 15 min à pieds sous le soleil. Un de deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas. Embouteillage de clients avec le personnel dans l'autre

Nous avons obtenu grâce à Booking.com la grande suite du dernier étage avec une immense terrasse panoramique à 360° offrant la vue sur l'océan, le boulevard et la ville au loin.

Cons:

Le personnel peu aimable a refusé de faire le lit de notre fille à notre arrivée. On nous a simplement donné les draps sans même un oreiller. Son lit n'a pas été refait pendant plusieurs jours, sa poubelle n'a pas été vidée et on lui a interdit l'accès à la salle du petit déjeuner !
Un petit déjeuner d'ailleurs très inégal d'un jour à l'autre (buffet, choix à la carte ou plat imposé).
Un service dégressif : serviettes changées seulement les premiers jours, absence de papier toilette le dernier jour.
Pour résumer, vous avez le droit de venir en couple mais votre enfant même adulte ne compte pas.

I liked that it had a restaurant in the building.

Cons:

Everything was great! Only exception is that the waiter staff in the Tavern restaurant did ignore or not acknowledge customers waiting to be seated.
