Convenience and well price. Facility was excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel!! Everything from the gorgeous rooms to the pool, outdoor lights, and even a basketball court and nice gym! We will stay here again for sure!!!

The staff was great! Emma, at the front desk was delightful, helpful and responsive to questions and needs.

This is hands down one of the best stays I’ve had and it was purely because of the staff. Everyone from the time we walked in until our last day was friendly, super helpful and there was always someone available to provide swift service. Amie at the front desk was especially accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable when I needed to do late night work. She showed me where I could set up and ensure I had a nice quiet space. She offered me refreshments and made sure I was able to get to my room safely. Amie is the reason for this 5 star review! Thank you xx

Great stay for a hot weekend in Charlotte when I was there. Love being a Hilton honors member and receiving two bottles of water at check in was wonderful.

I’ve been staying at the Homewood Suites in Ballantyne for over a year, and Brittany has consistently made my visits more welcoming and enjoyable. She always greets guests with a smile and is professional, attentive, and willing to help wherever needed.

Anytime I’ve needed assistance, Brittany has made sure everything was handled quickly and that my needs were met. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to the guests are a big part of why I continue choosing this hotel.

The entire staff does a great job, but Brittany truly stands out. Homewood Suites is fortunate to have her on the team.

Flying in from California for a funeral was an ordeal and a half but Emma really helped me and went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant experience given the circumstances. I really appreciate her help and trying to bring a smile to my face as we talked about why I was in town. She is such a joy and I will definitely look for her whenever I come to stay again.

I slept through breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel the last week in July 2026 with the family. The staff in the evening were awesome. Our room was very clean as well as spacious. The beds were good and the room was clean. Ballantyne area was very safe. I stayed in room 207. We had a problem with tv not turning on. Charlie the maintenance guy came in tried to fix it. Not only was he very professional but, when we were unable to get the tv to work he offered to help us move to the room next door. Then even front desk offered to come up and assist us moving to another room. We still decided to stay in the same room. The staff in morning were very nice. The only disappointment was breakfast. There was no batter for the waffles and scramble eggs were just ok. This was second time in Ballantyne, North Carolina where we stayed at on our way to and from Myrtle Beach. Excellent area if you are traveling. I would definitely recommend if you’re traveling for business or with the family.

I really enjoyed my solo trip to charlotte and staying here definitely made it worth the drive. There was a woman that worked there named Emma. She was so dang sweet! She made sure my trip was as seemless as possible and even recommended a few places. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK
