This was a phenomenal hotel in the price was amazing. This pool was very nice, updated and exceptionally clean. We got the family room with two queen beds and a pull out couch, I was shocked at the size of the room it was massive. The rooms were quiet and seemed to be well insulated, room was decorated fancy and forma,l very nice. The beds were comfortable, the linens or luxurious and very comfortable as well. Bathroom was very nice and having all of the bedding for the pull out couch already in the room was so convenient. It was cold and rainy when we went but there was a pool in a basketball court which would have been so much fun for my teenage boys if it wasn't raining and cold.
Would absolutely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Britthany was the best front desk agent I’ve ever experienced. She was very helpful and kind. The kids loved her. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing.
The staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was always filling. Ms Emma, at the front desk was the representation of superior service, not just for me but the team I was here with. Not only did she take care of needs and wants, but the turn around time was second to none. Thank you!

My stay was amazing nice hotel looks really clean and feels clean breakfast ladies are nice love the breakfast and my room was really clean the 2 nights I stayed there definitely recommend this hotel
Wanted a solo trip somewhere close and landed on this place. I chose something on the high floor as I prefer not to take my chance and get heavy footed people. Overall the hotel seemed quiet, which was good. They had breakfast tacos which seemed like an odd thing but tasted good with the salsa they had. Everyone seemed friendly and when asking what was good near by, I was told by Steven to get a burger at Hickory Tavern which was just a short 1 minute walk from the hotel which was great.
I came here for work in the area. Me and my crew shared a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out. The room itself was spacious and had a full size fridge for all of us to store lunch and cook in the room with the 2 burner stovetop. I will definitely stick with Homewoods moving forward if these are the type of rooms I can expect.

Booked a stay here and had a frustrating experience from the start. The booking details were unclear, especially regarding the check-in/check-out times, and it ended up costing me. When I realized the issue and tried to resolve it, the staff were not helpful at all and refused to offer any kind of refund or even partial credit.
I understand policies are policies, but when the information isn’t clearly communicated, you’d expect at least some flexibility or customer service. Instead, it felt like they just didn’t care once they had the payment.
