Reception area not so good looking…
We had a great stay at Terrace Pantheon Relais! The location is absolute perfection for walking around Rome, and the rooftop terrace is super cute and a lovely place to unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire property was spotlessly clean. What really made our stay special was the incredible team—the staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. A special mention to the helpful gentleman who assisted us with our heavy luggage and the delightful breakfast attendants!
For a family of four, the room felt quite cramped. Based on the website photos (obviously showing a different room than we got), we expected a space more clearly divided into separate areas, but it was really just one large room where we felt a bit on top of each other.
The rooms could also use some updating—the bathroom in particular felt like a bit of a tacked-on addition. Lastly, the building elevator is a little scary and gets extremely hot!
Perfect room for a two-night stay in Rome with the family.
The hotel is in a perfect location. Approx. 4 minute walk from the Pantheon. The beds and facilities were clean. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked. Very nice large shower. Our room had what seemed like 20-foot ceilings. Very impressive.
The front desk staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. We recommend this hotel.
