The staff was really kind all the time. We had a great time
Nos atendieron muy bien, el lugar está muy bien restaurado y mantenido. El acceso a la playa privada (que comparten con otros 5 hotel boutique y restaurant) fue sensacional. El restaurant es excelente y la vista es espectacular. Recomendar que los jueves después de 20.00, en el centro de la ciudad (donde está el letrero turístico) lanzan fuegos artificiales.
Un poco ruido de una moto antes de medianoche (nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle)
Para lo que el hotel se propone, la atención, habitación y ubicación son muy buenas. Sábanas limpias, aire acondicionado, baño con buena ducha y un ambiente muy playero. Para mi y mi pareja que explotamos mucha la isla, fue la perfecta elección para simplemente descansar.
Estaría bueno cambiar las toallas. Igual, solo una sugerencia que no afectó la percepción de mi estancia.
Muy cómodo y limpio. La gente muy amable siempre indicando toda actividad que había en las instalaciones. El desayuno era variado y muy sabroso. Volvería totalmente.

Der Wohnbereich, Küche und Wohnraum hatten keine Klimaanlage verfügbar, dadurch war es in diesem Bereich sehr warm.
Leider war in den straßenseitigen Schlafräumen das Problem dass trotz Schallisolierung der Staßenlärm sehr laut wahrgenommen wurde
We stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and really appreciated the warm welcome, including the personalized card. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the restaurant, the plunge pool, the efficient laundry service, and the excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable.
The main downside was the noise insulation. Because of the single-glazed windows, street and surrounding noise was very noticeable, especially at night. A lot of light also entered the room even with the shutters closed. On our first night, renovation work in the apartment next door continued until around 1:30 a.m., which was disruptive. However, after we informed the staff, the issue was resolved and did not occur again for the remainder of our stay.
The outside balcony and location was fantastic
They physically had to drill into the wall while I came back from diving was trying to take a nap
They tried to show me a false reservation under my name and made it sound like they were doing me a favor when they canceled it even though I never made the reservation
