Bom custo-benefício e extrema cordialidade da equipe local.
Pros:

Principal aspecto positivo é a excelente localização (embora o local seja bastante barulhento), na esquina central da Praça da Catalunia, de onde é possível acessar o transporte para o aeroporto, ônibus locais e de turismo, e linhas do metrô. Quarto confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã bastante limitado (não é bufê, e sim apenas uma bandeja individual por hóspede). Na última noite da minha estadia, houve pane no aquecimento de água, chuveiro quente não estava funcionando.

Perfecto!
Pros:

Todo. La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico y a un paso de todo. Las instalaciones están actualizadas y las habitaciones cuentan con todo tipo de detalle. Me sorprendió la nevera y el hervidor con café y té de cortesía mas que suficiente para una sola persona como fue mi caso. El personal muy agradable y súper amable.

Vacanza comoda e piacevole
Pros:

L'Hotel si trova nella piazza principale di Barcellona e pertanto oltre alla vista eccezionale si possono raggiungere a piedi diverse attrazioni turistiche ma soprattutto è comodissimo per prendere qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto ( metro, ferrotranvia, autobus e anche airbus che collega l'aeroporto ) Nella piazza si trova anche il parcheggio e l'Ufficio informazioni oltre a negozi e locali di vario tipo. lo Staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile e parla italiano. Non ho usufruito del servizio colazione.

Cons:

Essendo ai piani più alti ho trovato chiuse alcune finestre del balcone con vista panoramica ma non so se fossero chiuse per motivi di sicurezza, non ho chiesto anche perchè avendo l'aria condizionata ed essendo molto caldo preferivo usare quella che posso dire funzionava molto bene.

Pros:

Fue todo rápido el check in, la habitación bastante limpia, las vistas geniales no puedo decir mas que solo me quede una noche, pero en general a mi me pareció un buen lugar.

Cons:

Bueno creo que de lo unico que me no me fui conforme fue que para el check out aunque pone desde las 5 yo pase minutos pasadas y no había nadie y no sabía donde dejar la llave y si no me iba perdía mi tren, pero creo que si preguntan antes se pueden ahorrar el stress jejeje.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente in centro puoi raggiungere tutti i maggiori punti di interesse sia a piedi che con la metro e autobus. Camera pulita, lo staff cordiale.

Misleading photos of the room, tiny balcony without view
Pros:

The only thing that I really liked was the location on Plaça de Catalunya. They also offer a bottle of wine if you don't choose your sheets to be changed every day (basic cleaning they call it).

Cons:

First of all there were no specific photos of the exact room I booked. For my specific room it was evident the photos were of several rooms and all they had large balconies with a table and chairs and with a beutiful view of Plaça de Catalunya. So I assumed it would be one of those rooms with one of those balconies. I specially chose this hotel because of the balcony and the view. In fact they put me in a room, which was not on any of the photos. The balcony was tiny, I could barely step out on it and the view was not towards Plaça de Catalunya, but rather towards the opposite building across the street - so you get all the noise from the street and none of the nice view. I complained about this to the receptionist, but she refused to change the room. In addition there were several intimidating signs in the room forbidding various things and displaying large fines. For example they say they will charge €20 if you leave the AC on (it was really hot), €10 for stains on the towels, €50 for litter in the toilet, etc. I have never seen such intimidating signs in any other hotel. Don't recommend.

Hayal kırıklığı, rahatsız, konforsuz, sıkıntı verici

Lokasyon güzel

Cons:

Bina eski, eski kokuyor. Mobilyalar demode ve rahat düşünülmemiş. Komidin bile yoktu. Konfor yok rahat yok. Sıkıntı yaşadım.

Oda büyük TV küçük, kanal sayısı 1-2

Banyo da eski moda. Küvet sararmış yer yer paslı. Havlulardan bazıları lekeli geldi.

Büyük camlar var, ince perde yok, sürekli kalın perdeler kapalı kalınca içim daraldı.

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Bozulmaya başlamış karpuz dilimi 8-10 adet üzüm. Yağlı kuruvasan. Allahtan meyveli
yoğurt ve kahve vardı. Tost geldi ama içine konan et parçası kokutmuştu yiyemedim. Peynir yok. Reçel ve yağ vardı sadece. Bildiğiniz otel kahvaltısının çok dışındaydı. Bilseydim oda kahvaltı almazdım. Kahvaltı yapmadım ilk kötü kahvaltıdan sonra.

Personel güler yüzlü ama, hizmet sunmada ve müşteri memnuniyetine gönüllü değillerdi sanki.

Absolutamente recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación es realmente excelente con mucha conectividad. La habitación estaba limpia y tuvimos servicio de limpieza diario. El trato de todo el personal fue excelente. Habitaciones insonora a pesar de dar a ma calle. Absolutamente recomendable.
