DAs Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel einen Tag berechnet, in dem ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen vorher abgereist bin. Leider kann man seine Türkarte nicht wieder am Automaten abegeben und ist somit nicht flexibel bei der Abreise. Der Bus fährt nicht regelmäßig zum Hotel und zum Bahnhof. Grundsätzlich ist hagen keine schöne Stadt.
