Good location, friendly staff, easy to check in, comfortable bed.
It was not clean. The room needed hoovering, the pull out tray with the cups and kettle was very dusty and had hairs and crumbs. The bathroom was dirty and in need of a deep clean.
It has a restaurant on site, and serves breakfast.
I had a loft room, with a steep raked ceiling. It was very hot, and the fan made no difference. The dinner menu is very basic, and the breakfast has simple options.
Stayed on many occasions. Never disappointed me.

The breakfast was good. The restaurant food was good value with ample potion size. Large carpark, easily accessible site from motorway. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Overall good value.
Minor gripes. We had a small double room. This room only had a rooflight not a window. The shower worked well but was past its best days, needs a refurb. No aircon in a heatwave was a bit uncomfortable. Like I say minor gripes.
Nice external area and clean inside. The food was beautiful, homemade and BIG portions.
The room we had was on the second floor. It had a sloped roof which we kept banging our head on that side of the room when getting out of bed.
Convenient location. The double room was spacious with a comfy bed and decent bedding and towels

Great location and staff. We found it great for our 3 night stay in town. Family room is big with all gadgets a family needs for a reasonable price.
