Atendimento pelo funcionário do café da manhã que foi totalmente mal educado comigo, meu esposo e outro hóspede.
Gostei muito da localização, limpeza, funcionários gentis e tem um restaurante próximo a recepção do hotel com ótima comida. O café da manhã é muito variado.

Funcionários excelentes.
1) Nada na estrutura/comodidades. Só o preço da água de 1,5L a 18 reais no comércio que fica no hall do hotel. Como tinha chegado mais tarde, peguei a água. Depois vi que tinha um mercado Assai logo em frente.
2) Limpeza no geral ok - exceto no chão do Box que tinha umas manchas que davam um aspecto estranho que parecia algo sujo grudado (acho que fiquei no 904) - mas não pedimos limpeza. Contudo, foi a única coisa que achei estranho no dia da entrada.
Ótimo custo x benefício, estacionamento próprio (pago separado), ótimo café da manhã, limpo e organizado, quarto confortável e silencioso, facilidade de transporte por perto (ponto de ônibus, Uber/ Taxi), Minas Shopping muito perto (dá para ir a pé).
