We absolutely loved our visit to Page, Arizona, and the natural wonders of the area, but we expected more from the 'newly-renovated' Holiday Inn. In all honesty the lobby, breakfast area, and parts of our suite had been renovated. Our bathroom had not been maintained and was not up to standard. The only available suite was on the 1st floor & we were objected to two nights of very noisy upstairs occupants. We had specifically booked a suite to have the comfort of relaxing and watching TV, after a long day touring, without having to sit on the bed. When we walked into our room there was a large empty space where the living room TV should be. When we asked at the front desk the staff-member stated that the new TV's had not been installed yet! No apologies were offered, no offer of a different room. Why did I pay for a suite, when Holiday Inn was not going to deliver what is promised in that suite? Extremely Dissatisfied!

We stayed here for four nights in May 2026 while exploring the area. Overall, it’s a pretty typical mid-range hotel for a tourist destination—breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. No complaints there.
What was disappointing, though, was the pool. My 7-year-old was really looking forward to it after long days of hiking and sightseeing, so this was kind of a big deal for us. Unfortunately, the water was absolutely freezing. Not just “a little chilly”—completely unusable. We didn’t see a single person actually swimming the entire time we were there because it was just too cold.
I get that desert temperatures can make it tough to keep an outdoor pool warm, especially with cooler nights. But that’s exactly why it should be heated. When you advertise a pool as an amenity, it should be something guests can actually use.
