Definitely returning
Pros:

The place was family friendly with activities for your kiddos and certain times. The staff were really friendly, warm and welcoming. On the day of check out, they were nice to tell us that we can leave our luggage with the concierge if we still wanted to wander around JB.

Overall good stay, the bfast service needs a lot of improvement though
Pros:

Clean, there is a spa adjoining the property which was excellent to unwind after a day out

Cons:

The restaurant - bfast buffet seems either understaffed or the staff at the stations were not experienced and confused. Also found sand in the potato dish :(

Mijn verblijf was uitstekend: vriendelijk personeel, comfortabele kamers en een geweldige service van begin tot eind.
Pros:

Wat mij het meest is bijgebleven, is de gastvrijheid van het personeel. Ze waren altijd bereid om te helpen en deden hun uiterste best om ervoor te zorgen dat wij een prettig verblijf hadden. Ook het ontbijt en de overige faciliteiten waren uitstekend.
