Guests with No Refundable reservations are required to send a valid card to charge the amount and respect the price and reservation, also we can send a link of pay secure to if they have problems with the security of the card , they must send a photo identification (ID) for security purpose. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 10.5% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. This older charming property has so much potential . A beautiful welcoming garden and cool cafe atmosphere with lots of places to sit and read. It was nice sitting in the garden for breakfast which was always fresh and variations of bread, eggs and fruit . The staff were mostly helpful. Not completely warm and full of hospitality - perhaps they are just a little reserved . I got the feeling they didn't really like that we could only speak English. It was my birthday and the manager sweetly presented me with chocolate and a card which was very thoughtful and a lovely touch. Just a note about the floors - don't walk around with no shoes on . Perhaps they don't wash the floor only sweep it because my feet were dirty black when I walked around in the floorboards for just ten mins. There are plenty of good coffee and food options around the location - although on the Friday night the whole suburb erupted at 2.45am with chanting and revving and yelps. Either something was on or it's just a normal Friday night in barranco . I don't know

Deuxième séjour. Chambre pour deux avec salle de bains commune. Le bâtiment et la deco sont très agréables. Le petit dejeuner est bon.

Excellent location! Right around the corner from great coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the common areas - morning coffee on the covered deck. Also hanging out in the courtyard on our final evening as we waited for a late flight.
I’m sensitive to artificial sprays and I’m not sure, but I think they used an air freshener in the rooms. Didn’t like that. Other than that, super friendly staff. Great value for money.
Café da manhã muito bom, equipe atenciosa, ambiente acolhedor, banheiros e quartos extremamente limpos. A casa em que fica localizada o hotel é maravilhosa! Decoração cheia de detalhes! Tem vários espaços de convivência com revistas e livros locais com chás e café disponível o tempo todo. Há também água disponível. No local funciona um café também, então se você quiser almoçar ou tomar um café por lá há essa possibilidade.

Staff were excellent and very helpful
Staff helped with our bags up the stairs which was very helpful. Everything was clean including the shared bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful grounds & safe neighborhood. You have to be buzzed in & out for safety reasons but it never took long. I'd recommend this boutique and would stay here again!
It was loud at night due to the busy area on a Saturday night but you could close the windows and it helped. Staff could have been friendlier in my opinion. It seemed like they didn't enjoy english only speaking people....
Tutto perfetto in questa struttura: posizione, pulizia, gentilezza del personale! I bagni condivisi erano pulitissimi. Abbiamo perfino lasciato i nostri zaini tutto il giorno dopo il check out, molto pratico.
Un po’ rumorosa la camera sulla strada ma accettabile.
Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, la chambre 104 avec sdb privative disposait d'un très grand lit (moins en longueur) confortable et était peu bruyante. Bon petit déjeuner.
Toilette coincée à côté de la douche est difficile d'accès.

Our room faced the str÷t and was extremely noisy all night long.

Excellent value, best location in the city, top notch wonderful helpful staff, restful and quiet, comfortable couches and seats to relax in common areas. Also has a beautiful vintage and folklore style that I really appreciate.
