Any guests under 18 years of age must have a parent staying with them or parental consent signed documentation via direct with management.

Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:30.
Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 13:00.

Check in is available after 2pm. We will text if the apt is ready before check in hours.

Please advise Airlie Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours you will need to contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions.

Whitsunday Airport Proserpine is 30 minutes to Airlie Beach and the property can book the airport shuttle bus for you (fees apply as per scheduled service). Guests must inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to book this service.

Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit card.

Please advise the property if you require single beds (twin beds), otherwise all rooms offer 1 bed (queen size or king size bed for different room types).

Please note for bookings between December 25 - January 5, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival for all bookings through the holiday period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Really enjoyed the good range of facilities including cooktop and oven plus the layout and space

Lightly built so some minor noise from other residents. Bathroom, especially the toilet pan could do with upgrade to make it easier to clean

Easy stay, Perfect Location
Pros:

Good location for families and children.

Easy walk into main Airlie Beach area, good size rooms and all the facilities you could want. Friendly helpful staff and great local knowledge.

Cons:

Undercover parking was a squeeze, pool looked un inviting with lots of leaves and debris ( Airlie Lagoon is close and very inviting so it didn’t bother us much)
Walk back from main Airlie Beach area was exhausting, that is a very steep hill with little or no lighting after dark, certainly got my cardio workout 😬

Great self contained spot in Airlie
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walk to town and close to boardwalk. Great views over sea. Very well equipped unit with bench oven, hot plate, fridge etc. Spacious and comfy.
