Pros:

Beautiful landscaping and communal facilities. Ideal location on the edge of Riva with easy access to centre by bike on dedicated cycle path. Lovely views. Cristiano and his family are very hospitable.

Cons:

Our apartment was one of two without a balcony. It was small, hot (air conditioning was noisy and ineffective, due replacement) and exposed to road noise. Space was limited. Cristiano apologised quickly when we highlighted concerns. He offered alternative accommodation that was better, for which we were very grateful.

Skvělé ubytování pro aktivní dovolenou i odpočinek. Příjemní majitelé, krásný areál a výborné zázemí
Pros:

Prostorný a čistý apartmán v krásném a udržovaném areálu. K dispozici je zdarma bazén s dostatečným počtem lehátek, tenisový kurt, stolní tenis i několik příjemných míst k posezení.

Rezidence se nachází přibližně 3 km od centra Riva del Garda. Hosté si mohou zdarma zapůjčit městská kola a po pohodlné cyklostezce se do centra snadno dostanou během několika minut.

Velkým plusem je ochotný a přátelský majitel i celá jeho rodina, kteří vytvářejí velmi příjemnou atmosféru. V místním baru si během dne můžete dát výbornou kávu i široký výběr osvěžujících nápojů.

Чудесное место, немного в стороне от центра. Взяли специально, чтобы можно было отдохнуть, хорошо выспаться. Идеально для детей и чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. Бассейн, теннисный порт, велосипеды, прекрасные владельцы которые всегда на месте и всегда пойдут навстречу в любых мелочах. Много места, кондиционеры (что было обязательно при жаре 30-35°) комфортный номер.

Fajny, dobrze utrzymany obiekt, choc juz nie najmłodszy. Basen spory i czysty, dostępny kort tenisowy i rowery. Pokoje dosc podstawowe, ale przestronne i z klimatyzacją, co nam czasem ratowało życie. Obsługa przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna.

Cons:

Trzeba miec świadomość, ze w okolicy za bardzo nic nie ma i wymusza to jazdę wszędzie autem. Nie chodzi tylko o odległość do jeziora, bo to widac na mapie, ale o sklepy i gastronomię.

Heel mooi compl ex en een heel gastvrije eigenaar.
Pros:

De ligging; uit de drukte van Riva en van af het appartement mooie fietspaden richting Riva, Arco en Dro. Wij hadden appartement (nr.16) en die was prachtig! Heerlijk koel en ook een fijn terras, waar wel af en toe wat mensen voorbij lopen maar is absoluut niet storend.

Cons:

Niets, of het moet al zijn dat er een best drukke weg langs het complex loopt. Maar toch heb je daar weinig last van.

Podczas wyboru trzeba wziąść pod uwagę, że w apartamentach na ostatnim piętrze są duże skosy. Utrudnia to nieco funkcjonowanie.

Hebergement de très bonne qualité dans sa catégorie
Pros:

Appartement confortable et spacieux sis dans un complexe de qualité avec piscine et court de tennis. Excellent accueil. Emplacement à l'extérieur de la ville de Riva laquelle est à quelques km en voiture ainsi qu'en bus (départ à 300 m). Commerces également à quelques centaines de mètres. L'hébergement propose le prêt gratuit de bicyclettes.

wir haben nach ein paar Tagen gleich noch verlängert, weil es uns so gefallen hat.
Pros:

Bäckerservice, Pool und Verfügbarkeit der Tennisanlage, alles top. Zwar nur ein Hartplatz, dafür aber mit Flutlicht! Tolles Service, super Gastgeber! Lage ruhig, aber perfekt für Radtouren.

Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein.

Lage sehr gut, abschließbarer Raum für Pedelecs. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, Brötchenservice, Abstellraum vorhanden.
Wasserkocher war defekt, wurde sofort ausgetauscht
