Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.

To find out the opening dates of the water park, please check directly with the hotel. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide.

Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program

Pros:

Morje ob hotelu, vsi so zelo prijazni, imajo tobogane, zvečer so animacije za otroke, v kleti je en bazen v primeru slabega vremena, filtrirana voda za pitje, ki jo lahko točiš neomejeno, zunanja igrala za otroke...
Nimam pripomb.

L'emplacement, la suite était propre et grande, douche + baignoire 4 lit, vu que la mer et la piscine

Cons:

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français.
Le self est a revoir, trop de queue qui cachent les produits disponibles.
Parc aquatique sympa manque des casiers pour les affaires ou transat pour les parents.
Grand toboggan non accessible avant 1m25.

En general, el resort está muy bien. Muy aconsejable, por tanto me gustó todo. Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico. Personal, instalaciones, habitación. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

Todo fue muy bien. Por decir algo, vi diferencias en el mantenimiento, orden y limpieza entre los dos ambientes de las piscinas. El peor el de la glorieta central. No quiero decir que fuera pésimo, sino que estaba mucho mejor el ambiente de las piscinas de la parte del comedor.

Relax y desconexión total
Pros:

Todo. Cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. Muy limpio, el personal súper atento, las comidas buenísimas y con una gran variedad para elegir. Y los monitores de las actividades de los niños fantásticos, hacen que los niños se lo pasen increíble.

Cons:

No hay nada de lo que pueda decir que no me gustara, pero, por poner algo, podría decir que el horario de la cena lo pondría un poco mas tarde.
