Beautiful hotel, great staff, but not worth the money
Pros:

Our first impression of the hotel was fantastic. As soon as we drove through the gates and arrived at reception, the property felt almost like a castle. The grounds are beautiful, and we were genuinely impressed. We were also warmly welcomed by a very friendly staff member who helped us with our luggage, carrying everything from the car to our room. It was a thoughtful touch that immediately made the hotel feel luxurious.

The hotel has a beautiful location with amazing views, and the restaurant served excellent food throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. The beds were comfortable, the blackout curtains worked really well, and once the heating and hot water were working, the room became comfortable.

We also requested a romantic room decoration for our anniversary, and the team did a lovely job. It looked beautiful, and they even asked us to let them know when we were returning so they could light the candles before we arrived, which was a very thoughtful touch.

We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub in the room. Once the hot water issue had been resolved, it was lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our first impression of the room was disappointing. When we arrived, the room was very cold, and it took several hours before it became comfortable. There was also no hot water. I went to reception, and the staff member who helped us was very friendly and did everything he could to resolve the issue. The problem was fixed later that evening, and when we returned to our room after dinner, both the heating and hot water were finally working. Although the issue was resolved, it made for a disappointing start to our stay.

The room was also different from the photos shown online. We understand that rooms can vary, but it was quite different from what we expected based on the photos. It also included a third bed, even though we had booked for two people, which we found unusual.

The bathroom needs more maintenance. We noticed visible mold and deteriorating sealant around the shower, which wasn't what we'd expect at this price point.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. Sending photos or even WhatsApp voice messages was difficult, and messages often took a long time to go through.

The wellness facilities were unfortunately not what we expected. The indoor jacuzzi had leaves and debris in it when we arrived, so we chose not to use it and didn't go back to check it again during the rest of our stay. The massage was also disappointing, especially considering the price. I booked it hoping to relieve muscle tension after several days of snowboarding, but it felt more like lotion being rubbed onto the skin than an actual massage. It didn't focus on releasing muscle tension, and I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived.

Overall, the hotel has a beautiful location and genuinely friendly staff, but for around USD 200 per night, we didn't feel the experience was worth the price.

Ubicacion, atencion del personal, y calefaccion.
Limpieza general aceptable.

Cons:

Piscina de afuera no estaba abierta como decia la publicacion, y la de adentro estaba fria, en general no muy agradable, le falta mantencion y renovacion.
Gimnasio mal mantenido, piso irregular, maquinas antiguas.
En general al hotel le falta una renovacion a su infraestructura. Ventana trizada, bide que se tapa, ventanas que filtran el viento.Estacionamiento chico y de dificil acceso.

Te ofrecen piscina interna y no es mas que un pequeño jacuzzi
El gym no lo pudimos usar ,teníamos planeado usarlo pero un caño roto llenó todo de agua los 3 días que estuvimos .
Los ruidos a la noche no te dejaban descansar, no es posible que no consideren que si uno viaja en pareja y elige un hotel boutique te adjudiquen una habitación pegada a una familia con bebés que lloran toda la noche .
Ni que tampoco controlen los ruidos por peleas en otras habitaciones.
En definitiva lo hermoso del paisaje se arruina si no podes descansar bien.
Sería fácil poner reglas claras para el descanso y hacerlas cumplir.
