Terrible hotel. No breakfast and very crude staff
Cons:

No breakfast, staff was dirty and crude, no soap in bathroom, location is hard to access at night, overall a terrible , badly run property.

Nous sommes déjà venus il y a 12 ans et on avait trouvé la salle à manger très basique.... aujourd'hui elle est dans un état qui n'est plus digne pour recevoir des clients.

Well , location is perfect , no fridge in the room while outside us 40 degrees , no bar , no extra food , old condition

So As soon as you arrive ,the only thing hotel staff is interested into is making you buy another so called luxury rooms by giving another amount which has nothing extra but on the front side of hotel and garden view . I wish , they would be equally aware and willing to provide the amenities listed. The hotel rooms had minimal lighting few of the LEDs seemed dim , one table lamp wasn’t working.
, the ac vent had lots of cobwebs and the most pathetic and disappointing part was the time they take to solve the issues . For providing as little thing as room slippers, they took almost 3 hours. Tv had no channels which is the basic . In my 3 days of stay , daily I had to tell them to get it done not just once but 2-3-4 times which was really really frustrating- of course they didn’t solve it in time and after one complaint. The cost cutting practice is done by not giving the services listed. Every single person in the Management staff is extremely ignorant and blatantly lying (what they said was they are recharging but due to some problem surprisingly it’s not being done by Tata sky - as if we don’t have any experience with cable recharge)

Pros:

Location, Ambience and ease of checking in was smooth. Room size and bathroom were great.

Cons:

Towels were rough and a bit with threads coming out. No privacy in thr ground floor room as window opens up onto entrance of restaurant. Breakfast is way too expensive for the quality and quantity of items. Bed was more like a hammock with saggy springs and becomes concave when one lies on it. Not healthy for the back at all.
