Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang ( nach dem wir die Rezeption endlich gefunden hatten), sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal beim Frühstück, sehr gutes Frühstück, überdurchschnittlich für diese Region. Tolle Lage, direkt am Zentrum.

Cons:

Adresse passt nicht zum Namen des Hotels, wir hatten fast 30 min gesucht, bis wir die Rezeption gefunden hatten. Die Rezeption ist gegenüber des gebuchten Hotels und hat einen anderen Namen, merkwürdig!?
Im Zimmer war es etwas laut, da dieses direkt zur Strasse war.

Garda is a wonderful place, but this hotel is unfortunately outdated. We were not able to get to the hotel at first, until a friendly hotel guest told us that we had to go to a different hotel across the road for check in. We had not been informed about this. The staff were also friendly, apparently we would have received a welcome drink if we had come back later in the evening. The room was in really bad shape, there was visible mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Definitely not good value for money.

Sijainti, lyhyt matka ranta Bulevardillle ja vanhan kaupungin kaduille.
Aamiainen oli joka aamu samanlainen, mutta riittävä ja maittava. Tarjoilija ystävällinen.
Puhtaat pyyhkeet joka päivä.
Kylpyhuone siisti ja tilava.

Cons:

Huone ahdas, hometta vaatekaapin, eteisen ja kylpyhuoneen katossa. Kokolattiamatto vanha ja epäsiisti. Katu melu kova. Ilmastointia vaikea säätää sopivaksi yöksi.

Great location, clean hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the lake front and all the shops and restaurants. Very clean building. Staff were lovely. check in was across the road but that was no problem.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely basic! but the staff there were so helpful and kind.

Das Hotel war sehr zentral.Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ging auf die Straße was sehr laut war.Auch hatten Leute neben dem Hotel starken Lärm gemacht bis in die späte Nacht.
Der Fernseher hatte keine deutschen Sender Das war schlecht.Ein TV muss auch im Ausland für deutschsprachige Touristen funktionieren.

Pros:

Hotel is pleasant enough however the air conditioning is outdated and really poor. I’d hate to stay here in the heights of summer, it would be unbearable. Theirs no hotel reception inside Silvestro, you have to go the the sister hotel across the road. This isn’t a huge issue, it’s not fair away, but it’s not explained on booking and it’s confusing before you arrive. Our taxi driver didn’t even know of hotel Silvestro, only hotel benaco. You only have one key for the room, this also needs to be inserted for the power and aircon. It can’t be separated, so if one of you needs to go to the reception across the road, the other is left with no power, including lights or aircon.

They failed to take payment for the tourists tax on our arrival. We checked out before reception was open in the morning, and was then emailed to pay this on return to the uk. Not a huge problem but can often incur extra charges when paying, depending on your bank account.

The hotels very clean and it’s was fine enough but I wouldn’t rate it as a 3 star hotel.

Ottima posizione.
Pros:

La colazione era più che abbondante per il salato.
Per la parte dolce abbiamo riscontrato carenze.
Chiesto due volte del thè con limone a parte.
Una volta è arrivato the allo zenzero e limone
La seconda frutti di bosco e limone 🤷
Anche le torte erano un po' asciutte, con sto caldo comprensibile. Però se mantenute in una teca fredda era meglio...
