Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. The views are stunning. One frustration was the hot tub was closed and price did not account for this. I found the price too much for the hotel but it is a lovely spot and there are limited options in the area. My one criticism is the room was very tight for two beds...it was quite tight getting around. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each night with the stunning views.

Really liked the place - good location, good food and mostly, but not always, good service.
Pros:

The location is super, very close to the centre. The restaurant provided a very good evening meal and excellent breakfasts. The room was a little small (though the view across the sound was fabulous) and the decoration is becoming a bit tired but it's not significant really. The only issue we had was with the attitude of one of the reception staff: we asked to pay the evening before an early departure but they don't do that, apparently, and we also asked to book a taxi for the following morning but that couldn't be organised either. Disappointing.

Cons:

They could remind all staff that the customers pay their wages.

Very enjoyable and would stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the location, the view, friendly staff, clean rooms, air conditioning, restaurant/lounge with patio.
Great gym/fully equipped (clean facilities). Appreciated water bottles in the fridge.
Loved being able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Close to Cow Bay.

Cons:

Disappointed that the hot tub and sauna were closed for repair.
Washroom was a little small. Not much space to store toiletries.
Lots of condensation on the window (perhaps due to window seal issue?)

Great location, beautiful views!
Pros:

Great location. Our room had a window seat, great for taking in the harbour views.

Ample parking.

Cons:

Hot tubs were out of order. They are doing a renovation, which is great, but in my opinion, price should be relaxed if amenities are not fully open.

Pros:

The staff were great. They kept our belongings secured after we checked out so we could enjoy breakfast at their beautiful restaurant and then walk cow bay along the water. The Crest has always been my go-to hotel when staying in Prince Rupert and the hotel did not disappoint. Loved the ocean view room…a great way to enjoy my first coffee.

Best place to stay in PR.
Pros:

Great restaurant and great location...we came on the train so did not have a car.

Cons:

Sorry that the hot tub was out of order.
