Definitely it’s not what is presented on the booking.
Pros:

The location is great, it’s near the city center and everything you would like to visit is close. The lobby is nice.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The photos of the rooms shown are not what is presented. When booking it said that our room has a balcony, while in reality that “balcony” was turned into some kind of room that isn’t actually a room (photo attached). The breakfast was plain and simple, even though we aren’t picky eaters, we expected more from a 4 star hotel. Also, there were some ants in our room…
Although it says that they have parking, they don’t actually own it, they just send you 3 locations of nearby parking garages which are public. We are traveling a lot and are not picky about accommodations, we are alright when booking a simple room, but what we get needs to be what is presented on the Booking.

Excellent Stay in a Great Location!
Pros:

Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The reception area is quite nice, with a design that feels like the courtyard of a royal palace.

The room was simple yet tastefully decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained. We stayed for two nights and had a good experience overall.

The location is excellent, with easy access to a bus station, as well as plenty of cafés and great restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and had everything needed to start the day. The only downside was that the selection was quite repetitive, so it might feel a bit monotonous if you're staying for some days.

Geniş ve güzel dekorasyonlu oda. Yakında ücretli otopark.

Cons:

Siyasi olarak Milliyetçi bir otel mesajı veriyor. Benim odamda Yunan ordusunun selaniğe girişini gösteren tablo vardı. Bu tür objeler bir otel için hoş değil. Her milletten insan kalabilir.

Comfortable and practical for a family stay.
Pros:

It was a very practical choice for us while traveling with our young child. Since our room faced the back of the building, it was quiet and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 24-hour parking lot right across from the hotel also made our arrival much easier. Its a great value for money option for a family stay in central Thessaloniki.

Ottima scelta per soggiorno in città
Pros:

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera all’ultimo piano, con terrazza e vista, super moderna e nuovissima. Colazione buona. Staff gentilissimo che ha acconsentito ad aggiungere un letto gratuitamente per mia figlia anche se avevamo sbagliato la prenotazione

Cons:

Le stanze ai piani bassi sono datate (soprattutto il bagno) ma letto e camera confortevoli e eleganti.
