Sehr schönes Hotel an super Lage mit durchwegs ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal. Alles klappt immer bestens in diesem Hotel. In dieser Region das beste Hotel in Sachen Preis/Leistung

Cons:

- Die Kissen sind für mein Bedürfnis etwas hart (Schaumstoff statt Daunen?)
- Der Pool (ganze Area) sollte etwas renoviert werden. Diverse Löcher und Abplatzungen, Sprudeldüsen, Einstiegleiter defekt usw.
Sonst wäre er schön und gut ausgerichtet

Delicious breakfast, and helpful staff!
Pros:

Very comfortable room, great location right next to the subway station with easy access to the city, and a delicious breakfast! Everyone was super friendly and always happy to help. As an example, we wanted to book a restaurant, but no one was answering the phone that morning. The staff offered to try again later and, as promised, managed to make the reservation for us during the day. We really appreciated it! Overall, a lovely stay!

Das Frühstück ist super ... das beste was ich bisher hatte .
Sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Wegen des Hochwassers wollte ich eine Nacht verschieben, nicht stornieren nur 4 Tage verschieben. Das war nicht möglich... schade das ist auch Kundenservice.
Leider war das Dampfbad defekt.

Disappointed with new manager.
Pros:

I always use to stay in this hotel. All entire team from bellboy, house keeping are best.

Cons:

New front desk manager and her new front desk doesnt know hospitality management. Maybe some training could help.

I might not consider booking again if same manager. I am even not sure if she was manager or not, but she claimed so.
