- Excellent location in the heart of the city.
- Conveniently located near major shopping malls, making shopping and dining easily accessible.
- Close to train/metro stations, allowing easy transportation around the city without relying on taxis.
- Good base for tourists who want quick access to attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation.
- Housekeeping did not replenish basic room amenities during my stay. The same soap and slippers remained in the room from day one without replacement.
- I requested a sponge, but the hotel informed me that they did not have any available.
- Room cleaning standards were below expectations. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and housekeeping staff occasionally left their equipment/items inside the room.
- The towels were very old and worn out, with loose threads coming out of nearly all of them.
- The sensor-operated faucets in the restaurant bathrooms barely worked. It often took several attempts to activate the water, and when it finally worked, it would run for only about a second before stopping.
- These issues gave the impression that management is prioritizing cost-cutting over guest comfort and maintenance standards.
- Despite informing the hotel in advance that I would be using a late checkout, staff repeatedly contacted me regarding checkout.
- My room key cards were deactivated before my actual checkout time, preventing me from accessing my room.
- My Wi-Fi access was also terminated before I had completed my late checkout.
- Communication between departments appears poor, as the late checkout arrangement was not properly reflected across hotel services.
