FANTASTIC but be aware for allergies
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to cater for my allergies.
Everything was clean.
Staff were super helpful with any questions.
Facilities were beautiful and clean.
Location is fantastic and super close to many attractions.
If an attraction needs pick up, the hotel is perfectly placed for these pick up areas.

Cons:

Many foods were labelled and mentioned allergens. However some foods were either not labelled at all or categorised together with other foods, so we did not know what we could and couldn't have due to our allergies. E.g. assortment of mini bite sized desserts were labelled as "varied pastries/deserts" and had nuts as an allergen but not all of them actually had nuts in them. This can be a bit frustrating as if all food were individually labelled it would have been slightly more accessible to knowing what we can and can't eat. BUT when I mentioned this to staff they went above and beyond to cater me with deserts straight from the kitchen that haven't been cross contaminated.

Fabulous stay - excellent hotel in great location
Pros:

Fantastic location, tranquil and relaxing ambience. Very friendly and polite staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Drinks reasonable prices. High quality entertainment in day and evening. Room was amazing- clean, comfortable beds, own patio with sun beds. Booking system for pool sun beds easy and worked well. Paid to park and it was very convenient. Overall 10/10 for booking.com and hotel.

Pros:

Чудова їжа, дякуємо шеф кухарю та його команді, відмінні заняття з аквааеробіки, гарні кактуси, за якими дбайливо доглядають, нам навіть дозволили раніше заселитися, прибирання в кімнаті бездоганно. Якщо їдете до цього готелю беріть з собою гарні сукні та прикраси, тут вони будуть дуже доречні. Працівники на рецепції чудові, з почуттям гумору та допомагали за всіх потреб. Я тут вже вдруге і хочу ще повернутися! Дякую за відпочинок.

Un excellent hôtel moderne, propre et idéalement situé, offrant de belles prestations
Pros:

On apprécie particulièrement son système innovant de réservation des transats la veille, qui évite la course aux places dès l’aube. Le personnel de restauration et d’entretien se distingue par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, tandis que la propreté est irréprochable dans l’ensemble de l’établissement.
L’hôtel dispose de trois piscines spacieuses, dont une chauffée, et propose des buffets variés et généreux, aussi bien pour les repas que pour le petit-déjeuner. Les chambres séduisent par leur décoration contemporaine et élégante, ainsi que par le confort de leur literie, renforcé par un menu d’oreillers. Enfin, sa situation centrale constitue un véritable avantage pour profiter de la destination.

Cons:

L’accueil est décevant, avec un personnel peu aimable, ce qui contraste avec la qualité du reste des services. Le tarif du parking, facturé 15 € par jour, paraît également excessif.

Fabulous Hotel. Peaceful & relaxing
Pros:

Gorgeous Decor, relaxed vibe, attentive staff and a great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and if you were lucky enough you could get a poolside room with outdoor beds to sunbathe. Main Pool was a nice temperature, spa was lovely as was the facial, small but decent gym.

Pros:

Loved the spa , the bali beds at the pool ,the staff , the hotel itself is unreal

Cons:

The pool in the day time is dead , no atmosphere in the place at all , we are mid 40s but very quiet pool area , need decent music playing at least , very old guests , was expecting a bit more lively . Don't think we will be returning unfortunately.

Très joli hôtel . Spacieux . Belle chambre . Joli buffet

Cons:

la Clim dans la chambre énormément de bruit . En tout inclus pas le droit au mojito . Et la bar ouvert de 17h à 18h je trouve ça inutile on est arrivé à 17h40 il avait déjà tout ranger pas très aimable et nous a dit d’aller à l’autre . Et dommage des hôtels comme ça que l’eau de la piscine soit pas plus chaude .

Pros:

De kamer was super; het was een ruime kamer. En direct aan het zwembad en inclusief eigen Bali-bed. De douche was goed. Iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt. Ook kregen we iedere dag een nieuwe fles water op de kamer. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het dinerbuffet hebben we overgeslagen. Wellicht is het dinerbuffet vooral voor de Engelse toeristen helemaal fantastisch, maar niet onze smaak.

Amazing Hotel , great facilities, very clean with excellent staff !
Pros:

Great location, fabulous Hotel with excellent facilities, Very clean and staff were so friendly.

Cons:

The App to book sun beds/ make reservations at the hotel , was sometimes a bit "Sticky" and not so sure if was a Wi Fi issue or App issue- but is something hotel should look into , as I heard other people also expressing issues with it.
