Loved the quirky touches… triangular sauna with hydrangeas, indoor and covered outdoor pool, walnut stash, pantry idea, cookery books, dinner was excellent too.

Reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

Loved the availability of tomatoes and fruit by the pool.

Cons:

There needs to be a tap of drinking water for guests to fill water bottles or else provide water in the rooms properly.

The circular garden was very well photographed but disappointing in reality.

Reception didn’t tell us about the Pantry or explain it. Also, it would be good to explain you can ask for different types of egg for breakfast. The cold omelettes weren’t great.

Pros:

De kamer en badkamer waren erg luxe en ruim, niet gehorig. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker, zelfs ter plekke uitgeperste sinaasappelsap en zalm. Ruim gratis parkeerterrein tegenover het hotel

Cons:

Niets, we waren er maar 1 nacht.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options every day. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The swimming pools and spa area was very relaxing. The gardens were beautiful. Short walk down to the town of Monetecatini Terme.

Pros:

Personal sehr hilfsbereit,freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zimmer sauber.
Wir hatten Relaxmassagen, welche sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert waren.

Cons:

Man musste ständig, ob beim Frühstück oder über denTag, Bedienungspersonal suchen.
Es wäre sinnvoll ein paar Salzstreuer zu kaufen, da es in einem fünf Sterne Hotel eigentlich nicht sein kann, dass ein Streuer immer gesucht werden muss und von Tisch zu Tisch gereicht werden muss.
Die Poolanlage ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Zu wenig Liegen. Auch dort keine Möglichkeit z.B. mal ein Getränk zu bestellen.
Trainingsgeräte standen mehr oder weniger in einem Eingangsbereich (Flur).

Pros:

Месторасположение отеля удобное,есть парковка на территории отеля и напротив ,близко к бювету.Отдельная благодарность Оксане-менеджер на ресепшене!Всегда улыбчива,помогает в решении всех вопросов,компетентна,внимательна и заботлива к гостям !Весь остальной персонал тоже также внимательны.

Уборка оставляет желать лучшего!Хлопья пыли под кроватью,поверхности не протирают,пол не мыли,только замена полотенец и вынос мусора

A great relaxing place with an art inspired design.
Pros:

The pool facilities, the design of the hotel and location.

Cons:

They need to treat for mosquitos. They kept the porch open at breakfast and dinner, so we were bitten on our ankles while we ate. At the pool you couldn’t lounge outside without being bitten.
