Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich, das Zimmer im letzten Stock ausgesprochen ruhig, der Spaß Bereich ein Traum, das Frühstück vielfältig und mit wunderschönem Ambiente. Die Lage war für uns toll weil neben der alten Terme sowie dem Funicular in die Oberstadt und auch ins Zentrum oden Park war es nicht weit. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Es gab keinen einzigen Kleiderhacken im Kasten was für zwei Nächte kein Problem war aber bei längerem Aufenthalt nehme ich an dass man welche an der Rezeption bekommt

A place to reset, rest and revive yourself.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The lady at the front desk helped find me the right room as I was in need to rest and quiet and she was so kind and knew exactly which room would suit my needs. The spa and pool area was thoroughly relaxing and just the reset I needed. Massage was one of the best I’ve had. Super relaxing.

Struttura davvero splendida! Stanze molto belle e spaziose, letti comodi e la colazione è stata ottima. Volevo veramente fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff, è stato meraviglioso. Accoglienti e gentilissimi. Non è scontato. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Lo consiglio di cuore

Convenient and comfortable for one night
Pros:

The location was great with a free parking lot across the road from the hotel, as well as being very easy to walk into town. The breakfast was also good and the air-conditioning in the room was strong.

Cons:

I appreciate the facilities may technically allow this hotel to call itself 5 stars, but the design of the rooms were definitely not 5 star standard. We were fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade on arrival and even the upgraded room was very basic and very small. The room also had a strange smell.

Cons:

Climatisation de la chambre très bruyante
On entend les canalisations des autres chambres
Piscine extérieur pratiquement en totalité à l’ombre (arbres et piliers au dessus de la piscine )
Service du petit déjeuner , eaux et jus de fruit servis étaient très souvent à température ambiante.
Je pense pas que l’on puisse dire qu’il s’agit d’un palace 5 étoiles
Très cher par rapport aux prestations

Superbe endroit pour profiter de la dolce vita
Pros:

Superbe. Dans la grande tradition du raffinement à l'italienne. L'espace piscines thermales et SPA est topissime. Le service excellent. L'endroit est un havre de paix. Nous avons passé un moment hors du temps!

Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole, in una struttura bella e confortevole.

Nel complesso, una camera bella e confortevole, con un bagno molto spazioso. SPA completa e ben attrezzata, colazione varia e di qualità. Molto piacevole anche il ristorante, con un menù interessante e piatti ben preparati. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Come suggerimento, sarebbe utile prestare maggiore attenzione ad alcuni dettagli. A colazione abbiamo trovato poco chiari i prodotti, perché mancavano i relativi cartellini, e il personale ci è sembrato poco accogliente. Anche nella SPA sarebbe importante garantire maggiore tranquillità, con una presenza più attenta del personale per gestire gli ospiti più rumorosi. Inoltre, a mia figlia sono state lasciate due infradito dello stesso piede. Piccole disattenzioni che, nel complesso, si potrebbero facilmente evitare con un po’ più di cura e attenzione.
