Pros:

Location was good. Staff were nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

Multiple fees were charged to our card without our consent. We were told the total cost would be $749 on booking.com.
Ended up being charged $771.20 after 3 different “credit card fees” were charged without being informed, despite paying in full on arrival with a debit savings card, and being told the only fee to be charged would be a $1 security deposit. Don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and hidden fees regarding the use of banking cards.

Pros:

Clean, tidy and great location

Cons:

Bed very hard. Light shines in from hallway around door jam. Internet was poor and kept buffering.

Pros:

The room has the facilities you need in a 'studio', no more.

Cons:

The room was clean, but 'bleachy'. The reception, corridors and other facilities are hyper-generic and biege. The reception staff were barely attentive, owing to the fact they were dealing with apparently erroneous company bookings (from other guests).

Only good thing is being in town so close to why we picked this place.
Pros:

Clean room, right in town

Cons:

The rooms have zero sound proofing. Every door that opened was heard, every voice spoken was heard, every vehicle driving by was heard. Doesn’t help with intoxicated people coming in all hours of the very early morning. The door had light from corridor streaming in all around it.
