Clean, roomy. Not worth the money.

No phone in my room had to go downstairs to order my “room service” which came in a paper bag !! Reception were not interested in fixing the problem.

We had the worst room right opposite the gym. Every time the gym door was opened our door banged and people were using the gym at 4.30am.

Location was good. Staff were nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

Multiple fees were charged to our card without our consent. We were told the total cost would be $749 on booking.com.
Ended up being charged $771.20 after 3 different “credit card fees” were charged without being informed, despite paying in full on arrival with a debit savings card, and being told the only fee to be charged would be a $1 security deposit. Don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and hidden fees regarding the use of banking cards.
