Peaceful and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good facilities. Mexican theme night was nice.
The food was very basic and repetitive. More theme nights would be good. Had to eat out twice due to basic food options

Que tienen poca variedad de comida y algún que otro camarero(no todos) un poco antipático le dije hola tres veces y ni hola decía pero los demás camareros fantásticos sobre todo una chica que era de Cádiz

La habitación era cómoda y limpia y bien orientada.

En la zona de plancha la carne o el pescado se hacía y se amontonaban en una bandeja y casi siempre estaba frío al cogerlo.
Poco personal en comedor con muchas mesas sucias sin recoger.
Muchas sombrillas rotas en la zona de piscina y las hamacas con la tela desgastada que cuando te sientas se hunde.
La piscina no tenía buen aspecto. La impermeabilización era un vinilo blanco con burbujas de aire debajo que daban mala sensación al andar y vi como ese mismo revestimiento estropeó bañador de algunos usuarios. Además de resbalar en borde de piscina.
En la habitación el minibar vacío y roto.

Spacious room with an ocean view which we really liked. The room was also very clean.

We didn't try the pool and neither did the shows so we can't comment on those.
PARKING PARKING PARKING. Avoid this hotel if your trip depends on having a car. In one of the FAQs the hotel specifies the parking is limited but we were not expecting this. It has 7 floors and more than 30 rooms per floor, whereas we estimated around 30-40 parking spots.
Other users specify that you can park on the street - but those spots are almost always taken. On average the search time was around 15 minutes only to park 10 to 15 minutes away from the hotel. Coming later at night made things even worse, we spent 30 minutes looking for a spot at 1am.
Overall it made the experience unpleasurable and we will not stay at this hotel again due to the parking conditions.
One more thing that was poorly thought out was the bathroom. The floor of the shower was uneven leading to water puddling up. After coming from the beach it was a hassle cleaning the sand from the shower. And the bathroom had no vent so poor ventilation meant the smells lingered in the room some time. All in all the bathroom was not that bad, but we expected a bit better from a 4 star hotel.
