Il cibo era eccezionale
Il fatto che abbiamo avuto le lenzuola e federe sporche per 5 notti senza che venissero cambiate, mi ha fatto veramente storcere il naso. Poi a mio avviso, è incredibile che con 1200 euri spesi per la mezza pensione non abbiamo avuto accesso alle bevande per la cena perché erano solo per “ all inclusive” …. Cosa tremenda e inaccettabile
El hotel y la comida bien. Sin embargo para quedarte en la piscina (no en la habitación) el día de la salida te piden 25€ por quedarte hasta las 2pm y aún más si quieres estar hasta las 6pm. Además tampoco te avisan de esta condición ni al reservar ni al hacer el check in.

El servicio de buffet tanto la comida el servicio, la comida buenísima, el servicio muy atento, el personal de recepción muy agradable también, el personal de los bares de la piscina también muy agradable lo único que destacaria un poco pésimo el sitio del spa, muy dejado, los jacuzzi de 4 que hay solo funciona 1
La zona de jacuzzi, muy dejada para la categoría del hotel...dejan mucho que desear
We had an excellent stay on an all-inclusive basis.
One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is definitely the friendliness of the staff. From the housekeeping team and waiters to the entertainment staff and everyone else we met, we were always greeted with a smile and genuine kindness throughout our stay.
The buffet was varied and of good quality, with plenty of choice, so we never felt like we were eating the same things every day.
The hotel also offers plenty of facilities, including several swimming pools, a gym, a pool table (which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day!), as well as an on-site massage area available at an additional cost.
There are also lots of activities throughout the day, including yoga, Pilates, archery, air rifle shooting and pistol shooting. There is always something to do if you want to take part.
Finally, we particularly enjoyed the evening shows. They were varied and, for the most part, of a very good standard — a great way to end the day.
Overall, we had an excellent stay: a particularly friendly team, good food, plenty of facilities and activities, and an all-inclusive experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

No me gustaron las toallas que nos proporcionaban en el cuarto de baño algunas estaban pasadas y con agujeros para un hotel de esa categoría
