Schoon en grote kamers ! Zwembad was ook top voorzien van genoeg bedjes altijd schoon badlaken verkrijgbaar
Wij hadden geen all inclusief maar met de lunch was het personeel erg onbekwaam
Luksuriøst, variert mat, stort basseng, sjølv service med drinks i all inclusive. Var ulike aktiviteter på
Hotell hele dagen. Trygt med sikkerhetsvakt. Show på kvelden var grei.
På rommet våres var det dårlig utsikt fra 1. etasje, rommet var en del mangler på mtp vedlikehold. Måtte leve i 2 uker uten å låse døren på doen pga ødelagt lås. Var flekker på veggen, og den ene var skadet(myk) dusjen var ødelagt og spylte bare i veggen

Couple of room issues such as damp all over the bathroom ceiling, tv didn’t work, shower rails coming away from the wall but it’s all wear and tear
Breakfast had everything you needed & very clean.
The wellness area steam room you could not use.
It was a health & safety issue because of the intense heat inside the room you could not enter..it can burn your skin.We pointed this out to the staff on several occasions but no action was taken to correct it so we could not use it.

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, free safe, and hairdryer. The food was very good with plenty of choice, although it became a little repetitive after a few days. We chose to stick with the standard All Inclusive package as the Premium upgrade didn't seem to offer much extra value.
The pool area is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available at all times. We also enjoyed the free spa facilities, including the gym, jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna. The entertainment team provided great activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows.
The location is ideal, with Maspalomas only a short walk away and a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transfers from the airport easy and inexpensive.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and great value for money. We'd happily stay here again.
The shower temperature was up and down but this may be due to showering at peak times. Other than that, I can’t fault the hotel.
