Nice design, and clean place. The staff was polite and nice. There is a cute coffee shop in front of the hotel.
Points for improvement:
Bed was big but not comfortable, also the bedsheets was uncomfortable, I think it was with kind of nylon so I was sweating from that.
The breakfast was ok but not enough continental options.
And in the lobby and the dining room was a very strong perfume smell that I didn't like

Linen didn’t feel fresh
We stayed at this hotel with kids for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Room, staff amd breakfast all were 5 star. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is very close to the airport as many sight seeing in bombay.
Very good hotel and very helpful staff
Room requested was non smoking and had notified property of late arrival. Was told my room is not available and was given a smoking room. Requested change and ended up with a room that has peeling paint washroom door that did not close. Bed was not comfortable either. Stained chair and dirty bathroom carpet
The price we paid for this hotel is only 30% less than what we paid for a 5-Star hotel. The hotel is terrible, no restaurant no lobby nothing. This is more like a brothel lodge than a hotel.
It's very decent and affordable hotel to stay specially for travellers who are traveling through Terminal 2 it's very near.
I appreciated the upgrade on my room. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
Unfortunately my driver was treated poorly. He was told there was no parking options by the security guard but then later told that was not true.
My room didn't get cleaned on my last day. I felt there was a language barrier.
Maybe management could help staff learn more English.
