Pros:

La posizione è ottima, nel centro storico di Locarno, e permette di raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, camera arredata in modo originale con stile, staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Da migliorare l'isolamento acustico delle camere.

„Super Lage in der Altstadt und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig schön, gross und stilvoll mit tollen Designermöbeln eingerichtet. Praktisch ist auch der separate Bereich für Kleider und Koffer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für Kosmetik. Das Bett ist super bequem und mit hochwertiger Schweizer Bettwäsche ausgestattet – man schläft hier einfach himmlisch. Rundum perfekt, ich komme bestimmt wieder!“

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetripp mit Bike.
Pros:

Die Kommunikation war sehr unterstützend und schnell. Wir haben auch ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Zudem konnten wir unsere Bikes sicher einstellen.
Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Das Bett war angenehm gross und bequem.
Die Lage ist perfekt; wir waren rasch auf der Piazza grande - aber auch mit dem Bike schnell auf der Route 397.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eher ringhörig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

L'emplacement, les chambres uniques et de caractère.

Cons:

Le bruit des chambres voisines. On aurait apprécié de disposer de plus de capsules de café (même en vente) et de portions de crème ou de lait, compte tenu qu'aucun service de petit-déjeuner n'est proposé.

grösseres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht ohne Aufpreis.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und entsprach nicht den abgebildeten Zimmer auf der Webseite. Wir hatten ein Comfortzimmer gebucht. Das hatte damit nichts zutun.

I don't want to leave a bad review, so I put a 10, but read carefully.
Pros:

The hotel lady was compassionate and moved us to another room after we wasted some time arguing.
I personally don't believe that someone could cancel their reservation at 7 pm.

There was tea and coffee, and since I had a cold, a cup of tea was really handy.

Cons:

The description and pics didn't match; the room wasn't as well maintained and/or clean; the room size was much smaller than in the description. The description specifically said 28 sq.m., but when I tried to open the bathroom door, it wouldn't fully open because the bed blocked it. How is that 28 sq.m.?

Another point: who has a hotel room entrance door with glass? That's really strange.

Wir waren froh, dass es eine AC hatte und wir die Fenster schliessen konnten. Ansonsten wäre es uns zu laut gewesen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt.
Hotel Parkplatz in der Nähe. Bei Anreise die Zeit passend angeben da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist und keine Park möglich keit in der Nähe ist .

Das Hotel liegt in einer engen Einbahnstraße altes Stadt Zentrum sehr schön
