Très bien, petit déjeuner très bon et anti gaspillage, d’autres établissements hôteliers devraient suivre cet exemple
Pros:

Emplacement, le petit déjeuner et le qualité de sommeil dans le lit très confortable

Cons:

La déco un peu trop chargé et exagéré ou le style se perd, les lampes artisanales contiennent beaucoup de poussière, joli mais pas pour une chambre d’hôtel

wir waren absolut zufrieden! Wir können es herzlich weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Frühstück war einmalig schön angerichtet und sehr köstlich!
Der Blick vom Balkon in den Garten war sehr schön und das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem, man kann sehr gut schlafen!

Cons:

Es war schade, dass wir den schönen Garten nicht benutzen konnten.

Pros:

Superzentrale Lage in der Nähe der Piazza Grande, modern und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Fantastisches Frühstück im zugehörigen Art-Café mit toller, grüner Innenhofoase. Parkplatz in der Nähe für 15 CHF pro Tag buchbar.

Cons:

Leider ziemlich hellhörig :-(

Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung her sehr hübsch und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Ich denke, wir waren zum falschen Zeitpunkt da, es gab kaum Gäste, darum stimmten wohl ein paar Dinge nicht:
- Baustelle unmittelbar daneben, ab 06:30 Anlieferung, ab 07:00 Baustellenlärm. Die Fenster sind leider nicht schallisoliert. Für die Baustelle kann das Hotel nichts, aber da ich im Voraus für ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt habe, hätte man uns informieren können, dass hier das Gegenteil der Fall ist. Ich wurde zwar im Voraus darüber informiert, dass es andere Zimmer gäbe, die etwas ruhiger wären, aber die Baustelle wurde trotzdem nicht erwähnt.
- Aufgrund der Empfehlung des ausgezeichneten Frühstücks haben wir Frühstück bestellt, das es dann an den beiden Tagen, als wir dort waren, trotzdem nicht gegeben hat. Es wäre ok gewesen, wenn uns dies im Voraus mitgeteilt worden wäre, als wir das Frühstück bestellt haben, und nicht unmittelbar als Überraschung vor Ort, denn das Frühstück war ein wichtiger Faktor, warum wir dieses Hotel ausgesucht hatten.
- Auf dem ersten Stock gab es einen Kühlschrank, der zwei unappetitliche, angebissene Sandwiches enthielt, aber ansonsten leer war. Auf der Hotelwebsite ist dieser Kühlschrank gefüllt und wir haben erwartet, nach der beschwerlichen Anreise ein kaltes Getränk vorzufinden. So eines gab es leider auch nicht auf dem Zimmer als Willkommens-Getränk.
- Die Ablagen waren leider staubig, so hatte man eher einen Staublappen in der Hand, anstelle des sauberen T-Shirts, das man da abgelegt hatte.
Das Hotel hat Potenzial, es wären kleine Dinge, die man verbessern könnte, und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass in der Hauptsaison das meiste, was ich hier bemängle, tip top ist. Während unserem Aufenthalt war nur beim Check-In Personal vor Ort, ansonsten haben wir kein Personal im Hotel angetroffen, auch der Check-Out erfolgte online. Das ist verständlich bei so geringer Auslastung, aber dennoch schade, weil man damit keine Gelegenheit hat, seine Anliegen dem Personal persönlich mitzuteilen.

das Hotel hat eine sehr gut Lage aber abends bis 23.30 Uhr war es ziemlich laut, da ein Streetfoodfestival und Konzerte auf der Piazza Grande stattgefunden haben

Ein ganz pos. Grundgefühl an origineller Lage.
Pros:

Frühstück (25Fr), Lage und grosses Bett waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Kleinigkeit: 1 defekte Nachttischlampe, aber Gesamtbeleuchtung sehr gut.
